It includes supplies to print 5 photos, as others have mentioned. This is a dye-sublimation printer, as opposed to other printers. a sublimation printer is a type of printer that uses dyes to create images Packs of ink and paper are available for purchase - When you buy a 36-print pack, you get exactly 36 prints of paper and "ink." Personally, I recommend the 108 pack (basically three of the 36 print packs) because you save a lot of money. If you keep an eye out, you'll occasionally find the 108 packs on sale for around $28.
Back in 2009, when Target was having a great sale, I bought some of the film/stock packs in bulk (CP780 Selphy). I still have a few left, and they work and print fine, with no signs of drying or a short shelf life.
Have you tried switching USB cables?
I had no trouble printing the images in any of the modes.

it worked for a time While it was working, this was a fantastic little printer. As long as I use the app on my phone or tablet, it still works technically. Canon, on the other hand, has decided to stop supporting Windows and Mac operating systems, so even connecting the printer to a computer via USB will not work. I'm not sure it's worth investing in a product that the manufacturer will stop supporting after a few years unless you're comfortable with always printing from your phone/tablet. At the very least, there should be a simple work-out routine. Canon is in the neighborhood. However, an entire day of searching has only led me to websites where I can download third-party drivers (which I don't want) or make other changes to my computers that I don't want to make. br>br>It's a pity. This device is capable of producing high-quality photos and postcards. When I used the postcard paper, I enjoyed making physical copies of photos that I could share or even mail. The new CP1300, according to reports, is compatible with Windows 10 and Mac OS High Sierra. But how long before Canon decides to make a new device rather than allow a firmware update to make the existing device compatible with an OS update? 2. br>br>1. br>br>br>br>br>br It still works with the Canon app on my phone and tablet, earning it a five-star rating.
I'm a huge fan of this printer. It's incredibly simple to use, and the results are fantastic. I was able to print a large number of photos to fill picture frames for my boyfriend and mother, and I am very pleased with how well this printer functions. However, there is one flaw in it that I cannot overlook. The wi- My iPhone's wi-fi capability isn't working, which is why I bought it in the first place. I was able to get it to work a couple of times before it became unusable. The app (which enables wireless printing) fi) is in need of an update for iOS7. However, it was not a major problem. I simply emailed the photos to myself, copied them to a USB drive, and then plugged the USB drive into the printer to print. br>br>I believe it is critical for everyone to be aware that the printer only comes with 5 photo printer sheets and ink that will only last for 5 photos. I would strongly advise purchasing the 108-picture bundle (which is also available for $30 on Amazon). You'll get enough ink and photo paper to print 108 photos with this bundle. It was a good deal. )br>br>Overall, this printer is one I would strongly recommend. It's incredibly simple to use and set up, and the results are fantastic.
For anyone who takes photos, this is a must-have. I'm a big fan of this little printer. br>br>To begin with, it's quite small. The printer unit is about the size of a 4x6 photograph when folded up. It's ideal for people who are constantly on the move. I would have preferred a larger printer if it had meant better quality, but the quality is adequate. br>br>It prints images up to 4x6 inches. br>br>It has a wifi mode that, for some reason, I am unable to connect to my Mac. As a result, I connect it to my computer using USB. br>br>Now, let's talk about print quality. It's fantastic. Very well done. It looks just like the photos you'd get from drugstores back in the days when movies were made. br>br>Now, one thing about photography as it has transitioned to digital is that it has become less impactful in the process. The majority of screen resolutions are around 1360x768 pixels, which does not do justice to a 10-inch screen. Image size is 20 megapixels. Even the retina iPad's screen is only 4 megapixels. br>br>Most printers fail to print photos well. Inkjet and laser printers have never produced satisfactory results for me. The paper itself is frequently wet. Where there were none in the original, I can easily spot printer-caused flaws. br>br>Dye-in-the-dark Sub does a fantastic job with photo rendering. br>br>When I look at the photo, it looks exactly like it does on the computer screen. Inkjet dots do not cause small pixelations. br>br>This is partly due to the small size, but it still looks good. One minor flaw I noticed is that the print occasionally has a small blotch of imperfection, such as a red dot or a white dot. It doesn't draw attention to itself, but it's there if you look for it. br>br>It's a lot of fun to watch the printing process. The printer picks up the paper and prints the yellow layer, as you can see. The paper is then brought back in and the red layer is printed. The blue layer is then printed again. This, by the way, is why this method is superior to inkjet printing. Because the layers overlap, extremely fine detail can be achieved. br>br>And there's something about holding a photograph in your hands that makes it more real and lasting, whereas viewing it on a screen is fleeting. When you're not staring at a computer screen, you notice small details that you wouldn't notice otherwise. I hope to use the printed photos from this machine as a touchstone anchor and inspiration while working on creative projects because I'm a bit of a creative person. This printer is a must-have for any photographer. br>br> Every photographer in the world. If you want to own this printer, you'll need to spend a little less on your DSLR. It improves your enjoyment of the hobby's fruits significantly.
