It got stuck in my paper shredder. Despite following all the instructions for clearing the jam, my printer no longer works once the jam has been cleared. As soon as it happened the first time, the rollers couldn't grab the paper any longer to pull it through the printer. In a second occurrence of this error message, I am unable to clear it. There is apparently still a jammed issue with the printer and it Two of my printers--one of which is less than a year old--will not function after following the proper procedures. If anyone else has experienced this, please let me know.

You must buy the very expensive Canon ink to get it. You can put ink on the device using a sensor that detects the kind of ink. It is cheaper than buying a new printer for the price of one Canon Ink cartridge. Additionally, the paper catch is too short, so the printed paper always flies off the end, so I had to add a sheet of stiff cardboard beneath which was 4 inches longer and fashioned a lip to stop the paper from falling off. Over the past few years, my old "4 in 1" HP has been on the verge of dying. In a series of disappearances, the functions stopped working one by one. Until the last function (the printing) not only stopped working, but died out altogether. It takes a while for me to use my printer/scanner at home. I need it when I need it, and I need it when I need The fact that this is a scanner was not even apparent to me until I was trying to locate a printer. As of now, everything is going well. There are some pretty neat features & it's pretty compact It has a simple interface. The online features are pretty much all you need to do the functions, which is a nice change The new one is far less complex than the old one. Having this one as a backup is also a good idea. Although the plastic looks pretty inexpensive on this device, it does feel cheap to me. When you get a hold of it, you will see that it is not heavy duty or high end. In any case, as the other Reviewers have noted already I love how it works! The design is compact. The features are simple and elegant It's such a great feeling to make a purchase like this!.
