The seller is called Toner Planet and I bought the 951 color pack from them. There was no tax on the price, and it was the same as Amazon, with Prime shipping. I saved $5 this way I received the HP 951 printer in a sealed, genuine box. The printer says that all 3 cartridges are full and have never been used before. A second expiration date of mid 2020 is also set on February. These cartridges come from a legit It almost ruined my Officejet Pro 8630 from a $20 ink set that I previously purchased from LexTek. Using those cheap cartridges, I installed a printer a few months ago, and I got a "Printer Failure" message saying there had been an issue with the ink delivery system. You should stay away from I decided to just replace the rarely used color inks with a cheap aftermarket with good reviews (4/5). In part because the printer won't even print in black (which was an HP cartridge) even when just one color cartridge is empty.
