With this toner, you get what you pay for. Clearly not long lasting, but for $12, what more are you going to expect. Here's an update. Amy from customer service sent me an email immediately after the posting was made and she sent me a replacement without any problem. It is much better that the toners I got as replacements held up than In light of those changes, my review now reads. I ordered these in an effort to save money on expensive Samsung cartridges for my Xpress M2070W printer. It was exciting to receive my cartridges (which were packed very well) and Every step I've taken to get these to work has resulted in the error message "Cartridge not compatible. ". During a very frustrating time, I contacted the seller to let them know about my issue. As I mentioned, I only wanted a refund and had intended to simply bite the bullet and get the Samsung cartridges I know work. My seller provided me with troubleshooting suggestions using my previous attempt at troubleshooting, unfortunately it was unsuccessful. As a result, I have been offered replacements which I said I would I was completely satisfied not only with the express overnight delivery, but also with the fact that the second set of cartridges worked immediately after installation. There is still no explanation for why my printer won't accept the first batch of prints I got, is it a faulty batch? Generally, I am impressed by the quality of customer service and am pleased with this company. It is recommended to purchase and know that if you have any problems, the seller will be quick to assist!.

Samsung wanted $70 for a single toner cartridge in the store whereas the store only charged $58 for replacement toner. In the event that they work, I thought they were worth a shot. Within seconds of getting here, I took one of them out. As soon as I installed my printer, I was prompted with an error message about compatibility. I simply removed the cartridge and reinserted it, and the issue was resolved. I found that the first print looked great and other than that, it did not change over the subsequent hundred or so From now on, Jarbo will be my only source for ink/toner supplies.

For my Samsung 2070w, I have ordered many generic toner cartridges and have not been satisfied with any of them. As a result, I vowed not to use any other generic brand and will always use the Samsung brand. In this case, when I attempted to reorder my toner, I saw that it is unavailable for the Samsung brand. I had no choice but to select a generic toner cartridge because of this. Although there were many other brands I tried in the past with excellent reviews, I let them pull me in rather than being drawn in by them. One of the few new brands I had not tried before led me to order this specific toner. The decision I made was a good one. This cartridge appears to be working fine so far! I don't have to shake the cartridge every time I print in order to make sure that the ink is distributed evenly across the page because the cartridge is not flimsy it fits perfectly in the printer. As time goes on, we can expect the quality to remain consistent.

There was a problem with the cartridge - it did not fit my printer as claimed in the specifications. The Samsung brand could easily have been me, but I normally wear a standard design. A revised version has been published The toner cartridge that did not fit previously has been sent as a replacement by Jarbo. They deserve a star for showing concern about getting the order right and persevering after realizing that it had gone wrong. The review will be updated when I use the replacement cartridge as soon as the current Samsung cartridge runs out. Jarbo took the time to make it right. Thanks for taking an extra step. I've just read through a few pages, and the quality seems to be the same It would be great if the piece of paper protecting the cartridge could be changed to a different color. Using it requires the removal of the cap. Due to the fact that it is black, it is easily overlooked as it is the same color as the cartridge and packaging. A new cartridge is recognized by the printer without issue. In other words, it's just like you would expect a new cartridge to leave us with 100% of the value.
