I received these cartridges on January 17th, and I primarily print in black since my printer is used to print checks and to print under 30 pages per week on average for a small office. In all likelihood I have not used enough black ink to have already emptied one cartridge and 1/3 of the way through the second. This printer is also less than a month old, so I may just have to return it and buy a different brand. HP products are of poor quality these days.
The warehouse at Amazon appears to have the wrong labels for these. It is the SECOND time they have sent a HP 902 to me. Although the bar code sticker on the box says 990, the sticker on the box says The first time we had to return a book, I mentioned this, but we are facing this same issue You can get good cartridges when you get the right ones, but they are not great. There may have been 40 to 50 pages printed prior to the low ink warning and another 20 before it was actually low on ink. This is a horrible price for such a terrible value.
I would never recommend it!.
There were two defective cartridges in the multipack - one was defective and the other was working properly. Whenever I attempted to connect with my printer, I was given an error message. It was fine with the first one, and I could use it while I could not There is just a critical shortage of I found out about this after the return window had closed, so I was unable to return or get a refund. I received a partial credit for Amazon, but it was not enough to claim the full In conclusion, multipacks don't make sense to me regardless of the savings, unless I intend to return all of them within the return period. Using HP original cartridges is such a great idea, as well! The printer I have is nearly new, and I have only used HP cartridges in it, but I have used other brands in other printers and never had any problems.
In any case, I obviously had to buy more ink. The ink won't last long even if you don't use it once you open it. Printing is not my primary mode of printing, other than to let my kids use them for school.
In comparison to our previous printer and ink from Epson, I believe this ink doesn't last as long. Basically, we use it to print home documents every now and then and it seems I need to buy or order it all the time. I wasn't aware of the XL versions, however they seem to run out way too fast. It prints fine and runs out fairly quickly.
A representative from the help desk agreed to send one It has been over a month since the delivery was not completed. You may call them again. They just told you that they are not concerned. In addition, one of the inks prevented the whole printer from working. A new printer with a different brand ended up being bought, despite the HP one being less than a year old.
The item was a good deal, so I bought it. The reason for that has now become clear to me. Authentic HP ink is clearly old, but it is authentic. I have one cartridge which is completely dry and won't work and the second one is also near empty! I am very disappointed.
