On the printer, the parts and labor warranty should be one year. Toner should have a similar warranty. I had a problem with an HP Toner that I had been using for a while but had a problem with, so I returned it to Staples with the receipt. You can also order a replacement cartridge directly from HP (though they will most likely send you a postage-paid return box/label to send back the damaged one - If they don't give you one and you want to return the product, request a postage-paid return box/label). I hope this has been of assistance.
It's unlikely that you'll be able to "recharge" it and get it to work again. The pets are not generally available to retail customers because today's cartridges are highly sophisticated, requiring chips and special machinery to open them, among other things. It is always preferable to replace an original cartridge with a new one.
You can take it to any office supply store, such as Staples or Office Depot, and have it recycled.
This cartridge is made by HP.

Toner performs admirably, prints a large number of pages, and lasts a long time; the issue is HP pricing. Last year, I paid $52 for this product multiple times. Six months later, the price has risen to $69. That's a significant price increase without explanation. HP should be ashamed of themselves for what they've done. They want you to use their official product, but because they are greedy, they drive you to imitators.
e. On printed pages, the ink has faded. This is the second of these cartridges I've purchased from this Amazon listing, and both have provided me with hundreds of high-quality pages after the "low toner" warning began. Bottom line: buy a backup if you want, but don't replace the cartridge until it's obvious that it's running low. My last purchase was 13 months ago, and our family prints at least 100 pages per month (homeschool worksheets, coloring pages, and graphic designs for kids that are often heavy on the black space); Even at a low estimate of 1300 pages, 4 cents per page and not having to change the cartridge for over a year is a good deal for me. This cartridge is designed to work with the HP Laserjet Pro M127FW Wireless Laser Printer, which is a great printer/scanner/copier for everyday use at home.
I installed this on my HP printer over two years agobr>If you don't use your printer very often, I wouldn't recommend buying the larger cartridges this one didn't even last two years I hardly use my printer on my Apple it started printing a line down the left side of the page my Windows based computer didn't do it so I assumed it was just compatibility issues two months later the Windows based laptops started doing it so I looked it up on YouTube and found out that it's a I paid $50 for each one, and I haven't even used a quarter of the toner.
I replace the toner in my moderate-duty HP LaserJet Pro once every 12 to 15 months. I use it for copies, payroll, and reports. This comes to a total cost of $5. 00/mo. It's significantly less expensive than those dreadful inkjet carts. There is no other option.
These HP laser printer cartridges suit me well. They work well, and I've figured out how to get even more mileage out of them as the print fades. They're affordable, arrive quickly, and include a free recycling return label.
Only black is allowed. This is fantastic. I received my order on time and at a reasonable price. I will order from you again. HP LaserJet Pro black toner cartridge. My ink cartage printer is not missed in the least. This is ideal for those who only print in black and white. What a price reduction!.
I decided to pay three times the price for the brand cartridge going forward, but it was not worth it - didn't last long enough!.
The cartridge itself works fine, but the amount of toner in the cartridge disappointed me. It's supposed to hold enough toner to print about 1,500 pages, but I don't think it did.
