There is a severe lack of customer support

I like how smooth and efficient it works when it works. A number of HP laptops in our school aren't working. It has been more than 6 months since we first approached the Barco support department, but we are still waiting for a solution with no solution, and are very disappointed with their response. It would be more convenient for them to forget you than to put any effort into making the product This is a one-time purchase I won't repeat.

Having the cables not hanging everywhere is nice! Click share app had to be added. There were no problems after that. It is so great to be able to purchase five.

Don't buy any of the products from ClickInsShare. The concept is great, but the snags are too numerous!! There is a direct conflict with the building enterprise wifi unless you obtain the Enterprise Management software & solution Make a new VLAN just for.
