During my search for a laminator, I considered either spending two hundred dollars on a good model or skimping on one that was likely to work. It is so disappointing for me. I have used it since I received it, and it worked perfectly. The moment I heard the news was awesome! My sheets of laminated paper are wrinkled and won't seal because every time I laminate them, I get a streak. It doesn't look like there's a way to exchange it on the site, so I'm If it worked, it would be a great laminator! The product has a return option, so if they had offered it I would have ordered it again. My order is a different brand as it stands.

Although I wanted the 13" wide version, I did not really need one, and this one is wide enough for most uses. As a result, I laminated smaller items more often. This is a wonderful machine. I have limited experience with using the cold setting so I can't offer a review for it yet. I will update my review with pictures once I obtain them. Since I've been using it for my preschool activities for a few months, I've become quite familiar with it. Occasionally, the paper and plastic pouch are fed a little crookedly through the machine, causing a bump in the laminate. If this happens, simply run it through the machine the other way and the bump will be smoothed out. You should remember to clean these sheets as soon as possible or they will be hard to clean. Although these sheets can be used as whiteboards, it would be wise to use them as an alternative. In addition to that, the sheets are of good quality and do not feel.

It's great for heat lamination but if you're looking for a cold press, I suggest doing it by hand. I make stickers and this can leave micro bubbles under the laminate, which I have to get out manually. If you are trying to do anything with card stock, it is also quite slow.

This is an easy screw to unscrew and follow the instructions to The feed doesn't work very well for smaller papers. The sheets of laminate have wrapped a few times around the rod. There is no way to reassemble now that the screw has been removed, but it is easy to unscrew and fix. Although sometimes it is needed to run it more than once as others mentioned, that is not the case all the time.

I wrote the above and originally gave it 3 stars, but went back to change my review to reflect this. There is nothing better than this laminator. We use it for our home business and find it to be very useful. An excellent job is done by it. Only when the item to be laminated was shorter than 6 inches did I have issues with the above. It does not have any other problems, and in fact, it is quite good at laminating. There's definitely value in what I got for my money!.
