12 x 18 inches is the size of the laminating sheet. Whether or not water color paper will be affected by the heat is unclear to me.
So long as you use 8, you won't get any problems. The size of these two documents is 5"x11" and 8"x10". The size of the folders is 5"x14". It is 9 inches wide or long from side to side for either file folder. There are 5 inches between the tab and the end. It is a common practice of mine to laminate I laminated pictures from my children's artwork, placemats, etc...Have just done a family board for a gathering and laminated the pictures from my children's artwork. (Thanks for the idea of laminating a 12 x 12 scrapbook) I like the idea of a 12 x 12 scrapbook. We would like to hear how it turns out if you try it. In my opinion, 8. is the better option. There is an advantage to the 5x11 scrapbook because it is more easily stored and handled.

Although I prefer a 12 x 12 size, I bought these 12 x 18 pouches and I enjoy them greatly. * I'm glad that I was able to find a replacement box when I saw all the five star reviews. They are extremely durable and have perfect clarity. In my opinion, the pouches are not defective in any way. There is no doubt they are truly five I have recently purchased a number of different brands of letter size laminating pouches and have returned several due to one or more reasons. Even though I was sure at the time the returns were all due to product issues, it turned out they weren't. I bought it for $20 for my 3 month old cheapo. The 00 Scotch laminator was not hot enough on the 5 mil setting to melt the glue enough to remove the cloudy effect. I had used Universal brand 3 mil pouches on the 5 mil setting with the laminator without noticing that. I received my first box of these pouches with several issues, but the primary thing I noticed was that there was some sort of rubbery material inside the pouch flaps that was extremely hard to clean. There is only one cloth that works well a flannel one. There were particles on the screen, but trying to wipe them off felt like wiping There were small dents on almost every sheet, but after going through the laminator, they did smooth out. The whole time, I was more than pissed off as I tried to use them nonetheless, but it became evident that that I was wasting too much time holding the pouches up to the light in order to remove every crumb that I had discovered. After contacting the company, I received a response. After the first box was delivered, they promptly sent me a new one which was shrink-wrapped Wrapped in a clean manner, the pouches look as good as new. You can count on me for more when I need it.
I love the way it organizes files! In my teaching career I use a lot of dry-erase You can erase them if you want. are easily cleaned off with a damp cloth. I had some problems running it through my laminator (I have one from Lakeshore and it was jamming a bit), but it worked well.
In addition to my full-time job, I run a small business making custom laminated placemats We offer drink coasters and mats made from laminated materials. Because these pouches have just the right amount of adhesive, I can run them through my machine without having to use a carrier (this in turn gives me a While cheap pouches will normally gunk up my machine with excess adhesive and cause my rollers to stick to one another, WrapSure very rarely does this and when it does, it cleans up quickly and easily with a single pass of the At a reasonable price, this is a superior product.
These were pretty effective for the project I was working on. Having printed some posters, I wanted them to be laminated so the photos could last longer. The laminator was my first time using or owning one, so it was quite an adventure. It appears to be more of an issue with the pouches than the laminator, but I bought a 13" laminator from Amazon Basics and I had some kinks with the finished products. In addition, the price was very reasonable for these as well.
I am using the laminator to protect learning tools (calendars, weather/seasons, writing, etc) that they need. This pouch is 5 mil thick and is a great price and size. Following lamination, they are very sturdy. Most of the issues were resolved without issue. Only a few photos turned out cloudy (but still not awful). We're not sure if the pouch caused the problem or if it was the user or device.
In ordering it again, I found that the product does not appear to have changed since I used it years ago. Each time, the laminations are of the highest quality.
