Her hobby is laminating. She laminates anything and everything she can get her hands on, such as pictures, proofs of insurance, newspaper clippings, recipe cards, and even recipes There is no way around the fact that my mother is the antithesis of modern technology in every sense. After spending years just trying to get her to operate a Mac laptop, I finally got her to run it intuitively. Even the most simple of tasks prove to be difficult for her when it comes to technology. Anyhow, she was able to figure out how to operate the laminating machine in no time at all. You can easily use this system that way. In addition to being great for aligning items, the pouches make securing items easy as well. Putting the item into a pouch and sending it through the laminating machine is all you have to do. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the final product. No air bubbles, no creases, just a perfectly laminated product. A machine like this is no-brainer for people like my mother, who can afford it thanks to its low cost. It can range from 20 cents to 33 cents according to the size of the pouch. The system is extremely affordable and is in the top 5 of easy to operate systems. A lamination system that is this simple and affordable is a smart idea for keeping important documents in pristine condition. Well, there is no reason to not do it. This is an excellent book. For the purpose of laminating family photos, I bought Scotch Thermal 4"x6" lamination pouches. My photos did not adhere together properly when I laminated them. I noticed a fairly large space around the edges of the photo. Around the photo, it looks as if there is an air bubble. On top of that, I also bought pouches from Apache (a brand I'd never heard of before but found good prices on Amazon) and did not have that issue. You can compare these photos with the ones I uploaded. An Apache pouch (left) and a Scotch pouch (right) side by side are shown in the first photo. The second photo shows a close up of a Scotch pouch that has been laminated twice. In the photo, you can see how much space has been left around the edge of the Scotch pouch. The Scotch brand would have been expected to be of better quality, so I am disappointed. It took me 16 pouches to get the same result. There will be no more purchases of this item.

Although I'm sure they are just fine, the laminator was recalled before I had a chance to use them. Despite my best efforts, I had to cut the AC cord and return it. Although the company paid for postage and reimbursed me $20, I was still My pouches look fine, so I'm sure the situation is fine. Not much help, Sorry about that.

My purpose in purchasing these is to use them with a Scotch TL901 laminating machine I purchased from Amazon as a Gold Box Special. It was my first time using them and it turned out great. Clear and durable, laminated plastic is a great choice I really like how professional it is. In addition to the new pouch, I laminated 80 more items using these pouches and they worked perfectly each time. To use them, just slip your item between the two plastic sheets, then feed the sealed end into a laminator and it will be perfect each time That's all there is to Keep in mind, though, to be careful when placing cards or photos between the sheets A line should be straight when you align them It isn't possible to take them back after the laminate has been applied.
These are about a third less expensive than things you might find in a big-box store Box office supply store so they're inexpensive. There are also other off-price stores that sell them There are cheaper brands (but not much less expensive ones) so it might be better to spend a little more on quality versus quantity. The only pouches I use for laminating are these.
Bought this as a gift for my wife, and she was a little hesitant at first. However, when she saw how much better her photos (very old) looked, she started laminating numerous items right away. It does not fail to function and she uses it to laminate samples of everything surrounding her auto ID for work, her SS card or our passport. It has laminated my Auto ID for work, our SS cards, photographs galore, and anything else I could think of. This would make a great.
