That is correct. My package contains 100 packets, and there is no "product number or code" listed on it, but I am confident it will be 5 million Fellows.
It was made in Vietnam, according to the packaging.

These laminate beautifully and feel sturdy rather than flimsy, but what's with the filthy condition of the pouches? On a daily basis, I laminate a lot of things. For work, I laminate roughly 20 items per day. I can't send anything out that has little black spots, fibers, or hairy looking things on it. You won't be able to see them until you put your sheet in them when you open the pouch. Please someone enlighten me as to why I have to sit there with my face up close to the pouch to check if I need to wipe the inside of the pouch to avoid getting these little hairy looking things laminated in them and ruining the entire project. This is the first time I've ever had this issue. Did they make a change, or did they cut corners somewhere to make this happen? These pouches aren't cheap, and I'm wasting about 15 of them every time I throw one away. Because I couldn't catch the hairy little particles inside, I had to throw 20 of these away from a single box.
I honestly have nothing negative to say about the product itself, but the shipping was AWFUL. It arrived in an open box, which is the worst option for packaging. The box in which the sheets were kept was also opened. Someone ripped open the boxes, assaulted the contents, and then replaced them. Why? Choose from the pile of illogical logic; I was annoyed when it arrived for that reason, but the sheets themselves are of good quality. I guess I'm irritated by the shippers and the company, so take what you will from this review.
So far, these appear to be adequate, but they could be improved. It's frustrating that a few of the 80 sheets I laminated recently didn't seal completely. It's possible that it's my laminator, but I've never had this issue with other 5mm sheets. I want the cards I'm laminating to last for years and I don't want disinfectant spray to ruin them.
The laminating pouches are very nice. The 5 mil is without a doubt the best option- Although the 3 mil ones can cause waves, these provide a very sturdy and solid final product that is crystal clear and works well with the Amazon Basics laminator. The only thing to be aware of is that they have a tendency to group together at times. I've ruined a pouch by running two pouches that were stuck together through my laminator on multiple occasions, though I've finally caught on and now double-check before laminating. Even when two laminates were accidentally run through, the final product looked great-- I just had an extra pouch processed that had no contents and was completely wasted. I'm not sure why Amazon doesn't sell their own brand of 5 million pouches. I used my laminator to purchase their 3 mil pouches, which work fine but aren't as sturdy as these 5 mil pouches. Even though the difference may not appear to be significant, it is.
I've never had such a problem as I did with these. They appeared to be fine at first because I laminate a lot as a special education teacher. My students use resources frequently and can be rough on them, so I need durable lamination. I noticed some items weren't staying laminated, so I ran them through my laminator a couple of more times (thinking it wasn't hot enough or set to the right setting). it was). This seemed to solve the problem, but then I realized it was all of the laminated items. It was becoming tedious and time-consuming to run it through multiple times, but I persevered. I laminate a lot and have used a variety of brands, and they all started falling apart once students started using the materials at school. They aren't perfect, but I've never had these problems, and I've tried several different brands of laminators from colleagues with no success. I kept trying, hoping for the best, but as I progressed through the pack, I became more and more frustrated. They're getting progressively worse, I swear. I eventually threw them away so I wouldn't use them again by accident. I'm dissatisfied and angry because I believe I've wasted not only money but also a lot of time on materials that I now have to remake. These laminating sheets are very nice. Normally, I purchase generic or no-name laminating sheets, but these were discovered on Amazon Warehouse. They are more expensive for a reason. They're simple to use, durable, and easy to read.
In exchange for money I'm no expert, but these work well and appear to be in good condition. I have no complaints. I would purchase this product again. They're only used for things that get a lot of use or are exposed to the elements. Beach cards, car registrations, and car insurance papers, among other things, are printed on stock paper. My wife laminates everything and uses it for all of the silly kindergarten stuff (she's a teacher). overall. a fantastic product.
I've read some reviews where people have had problems with 5 mil laminations, but mine have worked flawlessly. As a Park Ranger, I need to post information in the outdoors on a regular basis, and these fit the bill in terms of durability. I laminate with a FELLOWS 125 Laminator, which can laminate both 3mil and 2mil materials. 5 mil. I would strongly advise using this product in situations where it will be used frequently, such as a loose leaf binder or in the outdoors.
