The product has been working fine for me for the past week. It is also a webcam that I use for video chatting! As soon as you increase the quality of the webcam, the video gets super choppy, so the best quality for videos is not fantastic, but it certainly gets the job done.

There is no Mac OS support at the moment. If you have a Windows computer, you should make sure that it is updated.

I recently signed up for a online art tutoring, it's hard to tutor young children online. Document cameras lag far behind desktop monitors, but this document camera does the job. I don't have to purchase a separate application to mirror the screen, it will display whatever is on the screen to everyone else in the classroom. Image clarity is excellent and the resolution is high.
