I may have saved $10 by not dealing with them. I've been charged $100 but the copier is broken and there's no support from the PORTABLE GUY is offering a new Image Runner for sale. Neither the fax nor the modem portions of the device work properly. Black pages are received by the individual on the other end. Canon and I spent hours on the phone with the PORTABLE GUY and the PORTABLE GUY. PORTABLE GUY says Canon's policy is that warranty claims must be filed by the distributor while Canon says we must do so ourselves. If I purchase an extension of my warranty, the fix will not be covered until the manufacturer's warranty ends. This place is a scam. I saved $10 by not dealing with them. I've been charged $100 but the copier is broken and there's no support from the.

This copier has been incredibly helpful to me. It produces excellent copies, is quiet, and is easy to use. I think it's perfect for a small business like mine. And it looks really good as well.
