This is a problem I've had with other Energel model colors as well. The barrel of the pen inexplicably cracks, and the two halves of the pen don't stay screwed together and spring apart in your hand; it doesn't happen with every pen, and it doesn't happen right away, but I've had it happen more than once, and it's extremely wasteful and frustrating given the pen's high cost.
Years of use and replacements for 7mm (METAL TIP) liquid gel ink pens - It's a very fluid writing experience that dries quickly and never leaves lefties smeared with ink. This is also my all-time favorite hue - I was only able to find a good deal on a full box - This color is DIFFERENT than either the turquoise or blue - I hope they provide reasonable ink refills in a timely manner. Goldilocks is represented by Sky Blue. Please note that if you want a smooth writing experience, make sure you get the METAL TIP version (not the other one, which isn't as lefty friendly as this one). . . . This is the ONLY pen type I ever buy, and I keep them stocked for working from home (a box of refills lasts a long time, too). if you're able to locate them Note: Each refill comes with a plastic-coated bottle. To keep them from drying out, dip the tip in a cup of water.
Stay away from this area and look for a new one. First and foremost, I must praise these pens. At the very least, those who made it here and were able to find all of the necessary parts. Along with another item, the box was tossed into one of those Amazon bags. The box of pens arrived open, with pen parts all over the place. We were able to locate all of the parts for one of the pens, with the exception of one spring, and reassemble it. Unless the shipping gets better, I'll look for a different place to buy this item. The pen, on the other hand, is fantastic. The only gel pens I've ever purchased that don't stop writing after a few days of use. Although the product is excellent, the shipping is extremely inefficient.
Pentel is a hero. Zebra Sarasa 1 was the one I used. For well over two decades, I've been using 0 Black pens. It was the best inker on the market at the time. However, in 2009, they relocated their manufacturing operations from Japan to Mexico. Although I have nothing against Mexico, the quality of the ink flow has drastically decreased. When a new box of 12 pens arrived with 3 to 5 pens that would not work properly, I contacted Zebra. They sent me a dozen cookies for free, but with the attitude of "Who cares what you think of our product?" She was a sassy lady. Really. Some companies, I suppose, don't care about customer loyalty any longer. Guess what, Zebra, you're out. I've been spreading the word about you for a long time, but not any longer. Maybe that's why I can't find your pens at Walgreens or anywhere else? br>br>The point is that, after extensive research, I decided to give Pentel a shot. This pen is ideal for me because it is smooth. There will be no skips. And a good one. There is no thickness. Thank you, Pentel, for catching me and encouraging me to keep writing.
That is no longer the case. What happened, I'm not sure. These were my go-to lefty shoes in the past. to pen. The ink transfer from the page to the hand is minimal, and the pen is easy to hold. The ink had a bright and bold appearance. Now I need to find a new pen that is suitable for left-handed people. These pens' barrels will randomly split, rendering the pen useless because the two pieces will no longer screw tightly together. Purchasing these is no longer a good investment. So sad.
These pens are exceptionally good at writing. They tend to loosen and fall apart, so you'll need to tighten them up again. The worst thing that happens with most retractable pens like this is that they become "sticky," requiring you to tap them or work the pushbutton to retract or engage them. That's not a bad thing, but I was hoping the "metal tip" would solve the problem, which it didn't. br>In the rest of the unit, it's a great pen. I write a lot, but it appears that in the last two or three weeks, I've only used a small amount of ink.
These are the pens that I prefer to use. They write smoothly and are comfortable to use. You'll get an endless supply of ink until you're almost out. I've been using them since 2014 and refuse to use anything else when I write. They are more expensive than most gel pens, but you get what you pay for.
My Amazon order was just delivered. I've used BL 77A pens before, and they're great right out of the box. My old pens still have the "Made in Japan" sticker on them. br>I went over the Q and made sure it was correct. Someone mentioned Made in Japan on the site, so I ordered them as part of the deal. br>However, the pens I received from Amazon clearly stated that they were "Made in Mexico. " As a result, they must be returned. No offense intended, but my expectations were "Made in Japan," and Amazon failed to meet them.
