It's ideal for puzzles and arthritis sufferers. My wrist hurts after one puzzle with a regular pencil eraser, so this was the best Amazon purchase of my life. I have arthritis and enjoy sudoku. This has an easy to use button that erases when pressed and stops when released. There is no need for a switch, and it does not stay on, so you do not have to turn it on all the time. There were plenty of refills included in the package. I purchased the two cart device, which included a holder for a smaller eraser. I simply cannot express my gratitude enough for this wonderful opportunity. It is extremely inexpensive, but it is of excellent quality. Just in case they stopped selling them, I purchased two more. It requires two triple A batteries, and the smaller holder is in the bag with the refills, so check there if you think you didn't get one. I am 100% happy with my life at the moment.
