She used these for several hours today, and this is what she has to say about them. They have a lot of transparency to them. It's great that there are so many options to choose from! It's a breeze to get the paint into the nib! They're extremely runny, and drying takes a long time. If you go over a wet color with a wet color before it dries, the top color's nib will soak into the bottom color. You will get "chalk" all over yourself if you touch the liquid after it has dried. She also wishes that black had been included. It's very easy to apply to the canvas.
We labeled slate plant markers for our herb garden with these. We followed the instructions on the box and were pleasantly surprised to find that everything went smoothly. We had no issues with leaking paint or dry markers because of the toughness of the tips. The tips must be primed according to the instructions. The colors are vibrant, and only one coat of chalk paint was required; a second coat is not required. The project that my wife worked on turned out fantastically!.
I bought these for my teenage daughter's dry erase calendar and note board because the colors looked perfect for the shades of decoration already on the board. They arrived quickly (the next day) and the colors are exactly as pictured online. They were very easy to write with and clean off easily (she used a little dry erase cleaning spray and wiped with a cloth). This set comes in a wide range of lovely colors. The chalkboard labels that came with the package were a welcome addition. When she started doing some extra organizing in her room just to use them, it came as a complete surprise to me (always a great bonus when something inspires a teenager to clean and organize)! With so many great options, this box should last a long time, but I'll definitely be ordering more in the future.
The pens are excellent and simple to use, but after nearly a year of use, the orange color has faded. The red colors are the first to run out, and I've purchased four boxes in that time. I wish I could buy by color group instead of by box (I have a lot of blues and purples). Browns are still available, but there are no orange or red varieties. ) I like them, but buying an entire box for one pen is a pain!.

I was looking for a large collection of chalk markers with dual tips and vibrant colors at a reasonable price when I stumbled across Chalkola brands, which are amazing and really nice quality without the hefty craft store price tag! I recommend both the 6mm and 3mm sizes of these chalk markers. (Normally, I would add a photo, but Amazon has disabled this feature for the time being).
So far, these markers have been good. They are easy to prime, clean up well with rubbing alcohol, and appear to have a lot of liquid. I'm curious as to how quickly they will dry now that they've been primed. I can't give 5 stars because the colors aren't quite as advertised, and some are drastically different from what is depicted in the description (see photos). I didn't send them back because it wasn't a big deal, but I was disappointed nonetheless.
