The Bic mechanical pencils I own all have missing erasers. I've looked everywhere, and I can't find any replacements. There are only a few manufacturers who sell replacement erasers for their pencils, including Pentel. As far as I can tell, Bic simply wants you to buy more pencils when your erasers run out. They like the small pink eraser better than the big pink one because it's easier to hold.

There is a special formula in the leads, which renders them strong and I keep them in 0 because they make a nice dark line. The seven and zero are in 7. I love the 9 and they're both great to use. The 0 has a special place in my heart. I usually press hard when I write, so I like Velocity pencils, as the lead is strong enough for me. The regular pencils I used to use no longer work. It has now become painful for me to stare at their hard, slender forms. I bought these pencils for my eight year old son and he loves them.
