Planner Pad Spiral Bound 3-Tier Funnel Down Organizer, Undated /Start Anytime, Black Cover/Black Ink, 6 3/4" x 8 1/2", 2021 Edition

I'm on my fourth year of using this planner calendar, and I really like how the funnel down system works. The only reason I didn't give it a perfect score is that the company no longer offers the colorful Seasons version, which I preferred to the plain version. The colors on the inside were far more useful.

I may not follow the last level of scheduling things in the Appointment line exactly as they suggest, but as a homeschooling mom of four kids, I can keep things relatively organized in order to keep track of what happened when. This calendar keeps me sane as I balance homeschooling, housecleaning, and appointments. I have enough space on the weekly lists to give each child a top section to keep track of their weekly assignments and chores, as well as three additional sections to help me keep track of weekly eaning, month cleaning items, and appointments. br>I also used Washi tape to add some color and personality to it without detracting from my work. br>br>I'm loving Amazon's free shipping these days; my new calendar arrived in two days instead of five. I had to pay for 7 days of shipping. The only thing I wish was that I could purchase accessories, such as monthly tabs, on this platform right now.

I'm a college professor with two teenage children who volunteers in a few community organizations. br>br>I've been using this planner for three years and I love it. Many of my tasks must be completed on a specific day (or days), but not at a specific time, and I use this planner to keep track of them all. There's enough space for me to jot down my to-do list. I'll make a monthly to-do list and then sort them into weeks. I can categorize tasks, determine what I need to do each day, and assign it to the appropriate day. I use the dated sections to keep track of appointments and other time-sensitive commitments. I like how I can easily look ahead and add things to the monthly calendars, then assign them to the daily calendar once I'm in that month. br>br>I'm not a fan of planners that have a lot of room for reflection or goal-setting. setting - That's what I usually do in my daily journal. This planner is ideal for my needs.

I've used a variety of calendars and planners over the years, with varying degrees of satisfaction. Until one of my favorite bloggers (known for her calendar lore wisdom, to be precise) mentioned how much she loved the PlannerPad. And wow! br>br> What a difference having the correct system can make. It. It simply works. br>br>PlannerPad is EASY TO USE. However, it is extremely adaptable. (The second and third photos show how I've previously "blinged" my PlannerPads). I enjoy color-coding my categories and find adding my own tabs and other accessories to be very meditative. I'd be lost without the back pages, which can be used as project management pages, lists, or even a mini affirmation scrapbook (all of which I've done). br>br>And I don't have to feel like I'm at the mercy of some high-priced fad. the- moment. br>br>However, here's the real beauty: Their "funneling" system is incredibly effective. You are free to bring your entire to-do list with you. Do things, and then double-check that you've allotted enough time to complete them. br>br>Plus, I'm a complete analog person - ANYONE who is stumbling around with a digital organizing app can be defeated by me. I can open and ready my monthly and weekly appointments in a fraction of the time. br>br>An added benefit is that I can see the context of other commitments right away, so I know how busy I am, or am not, before taking on something new. br>br>But most importantly, year after year, I can see how this product has made a *significant* and positive difference in the way I use that most valuable and non-renewable resource. Many people believe that they can live completely digitally. I tried digital, but it's not as good at ad hoc, isn't as portable, and is significantly slower. You can plan for today, next week, six months, or even a couple of years with planner pads that allow you to switch between them instantly. I've found that their system of capturing, planning, and prioritizing is the most effective I've come across. Any planner, and this one is no exception, necessitates a level of commitment, but it does not necessitate a shift in your work, thinking, or playing habits. It simply aids in the organization, prioritization, and completion of tasks.

This was suggested to me by a member of my ADHD support group. Due to my work and personal obligations, I needed to organize my day, but all I needed was a planner system that accommodated my time blindness. br>br> If you're like me and have a long list of things to do that never seem to get done, from work to hobbies to even painting the house, this might work for you. It allows me to keep those lists at the top of the page and move them over to each week as needed, but it also allows me to narrow down and plan what can be accomplished during the week, reminding me that there is only so much time in a day. br>br>I bought the smaller version when I should have gotten the executive, but I believe the smaller version is best for school because it fits easily in bags. If you're a working mother with a hectic schedule, the larger size is highly recommended.

I've been using Planner Pad organizers for several years and find them to be superior to any other daybook, calendar, or planner I've ever used. I have weekly lists by categories that I choose on the first row of columns (e. g. , names of those responsible, names of stores where purchases can be made, and items needed for a future trip). The middle row has columns for daily tasks, and the bottom row has appointment spaces from 7 a. m. to 9 p. m. for each day. A full-page calendar is included at the start of each month, as well as a page for notes and front and back pages for important phone numbers, goals, and projects. I'm eagerly anticipating the arrival of my 2022 Planner Pad, and my only gripe is that production issues have caused a delay this year. Planner Pad is a product that I strongly suggest. It's something I frequently give as a gift to others.
