Blue Sky 2021-2022 Academic Year Teachers Weekly & Monthly Lesson Planner, 8.5" x 11", Flexible Cover, Wirebound, Ditsy Dapple Light (132002)

I've been buying this type of planner for the past six years because I like the layout. I proceeded to place an order for the year 2021. I noticed that the paper quality is much thinner than in previous years during the 2022 school year. I'm not sure why the product is different from previous versions, but I'm worried that it won't last as long as the others.

I used to have the polka dot version of this planner last year. The front pocket on the flowers planner is missing, and the font is difficult to read. The month is almost invisible on the tabs where you can find it. This is a version that I would not purchase.

Definitely not as nice as last year's (though I did get the dots). That one had a plastic pocket in addition to the make-your-own cover (which was very useful). Without good lighting and reading glasses, the tabs are difficult to read. Because the paper is thinner, you'll need to be careful what kind of pen you use and be gentle when erasing. I like how this planner is laid out; it's flat and easy to carry around.

I've used a lot of Blue Sky Planners over the years. When this one arrived, I was ecstatic as a teacher. I went to fill it out with all of my colored pens in hand, only to discover that the dates on several pages were incorrect. Now it's up to me to return the item and reclaim my funds.

Everything about this planner appealed to me, except the font, which is so faint on the mint green tabs and labels that it is impossible to read. I exchanged the item for another version.

This will be my fourth year using this planner, which I've had for the past three years. I am a homeschooling mother who previously worked as a public school teacher. If this had been available when I was teaching, I would have used it as well, because it is fantastic! It has a monthly grid for each month, as well as a weekly calendar in between. This one appealed to me because the days are clearly defined by solid lines in the weekly section, whereas some of Blue Sky's other similar ones are not. To me, that was extremely important. So this year I forewent the brighter interior of last year in favor of a solid line that separates the days. It has additional pockets and note-taking pages. I can change the cover design because it's stored in a clear pocket. With a plastic front and back cover, it is extremely durable. This year's edition is different in that it includes a scientific method as a reference page; previous editions did not. I like how this is laid out and have come to rely on it because I find that other brands lack the information I require and am accustomed to. Blue Sky is my favorite color.

Over the years, I've purchased Blue Sky and a variety of other teacher planners, and the only planner I prefer is one that I make myself. Purchasing this planner, on the other hand, requires significantly less time and effort. For me, it's a great solution. Monthly calendars are followed by weekly spreads for notes and simple plans. I also like the front cover slot where I can keep a copy of my schedule. Both the front and back covers are thick and substantial. I know they'll last the entire school year because they're made of heavy-duty plastic. My old planners are still in excellent condition. It comes highly recommended!.

My assumptions were incorrect. The pages aren't nearly as thick as they used to be. It's difficult to read the font because it's so small. There is no additional storage space in the bag. I'm returning it and placing an order for my regular planner. What a letdown!.
