There is a lot of information in the lesson plan A gradebook or attendance book is not needed. This book is a great resource for lesson plans. Students' records are on one page that can hold up to 46 names, but only has 10 weeks allocated to them. It is EXACTLY the same plan book I have used for 17 years. Inaugural year (since 1st year. The teaching process). This program allows you to personalize/ label subject(s), period date, and number. The dates I love don't have a pre-set time The printed version. With this brand, you can get same style but with a few differences. Number of periods in one year. In addition to my 5 periods, I teach two weeks at a time It is always best to order 6 boxes. Organize your plan in a An extra page will be added. There is enough space to make note of changes to be made for next year (to lessons/content). You can also write reminders (e. g. , meetings, pep rallies, early dismissals, physician appointments. ). Appointments, etc. When planning current units, I always consult the previous year's plan book, especially for reminding myself how long a particular unit takes and what worked the previous year Didn't work for me etc. Highly recommended!.
It's well written and well laid out. It is easy to write on because the areas where dates and classes are listed are large. It's only flaw is that as it is, the book can't be opened up and folded back on itself like you can with a regular spiral This feature allows the cover to be a continuous one, rather than being just front and back. Others may prefer it, but for me it's convenient to be able to fold it backwards so that I can continue work on the go and not have to balance an entire "notebook" on one side of.

I am only a few years into my career as a teacher, and it's important that I take detailed notes on what I do each day, how things go, and what I can do to improve. You will find plenty of space to do just that on this planner. In a page spread with six subjects, I was able to devote three columns to each of my two preparations. While I don't personally use the sub information, seating charts, conference information, etc. , they're all available on those pages as well if that's what you're looking for.
I found this article to be excellent and The product is good, but some of the pages are fillers -- I docked a star for that. There is a seating chart at the venue There are also places for data (grades) that I'm not going to use, and they don't serve as well for teachers who do not sit kids at their own desks, and change seat positions often. As well, the single grade book has 40 spaces for names, which makes no sense for middle and high schools. I also bought the navy blue cover that has a flexible material. Among my colleagues, I have a wood grained planner complete with a hard cover that I really like. The one I'd buy is the one I'd buy again if I had a choice.
On the outside, this planner is made from cheap plastic like material that came bent around the edges due to being shoved into the box where other items were kept. I can still use it, but I'm disappointed that I had to pay for the damaged item.
A spiral bound lesson planner was once given to us by our school district, but they stopped providing them Two of these were purchased for use in my daily lessons. Because we have block schedules, the six period spacing does not quite work for us. The only thing I do is to write all the way down the page for the two I love this product and it works great for me!.
The overall experience with this purchase was fantastic. My older plan books had more pages than my current ones, which allowed me to use every other page for listing meetings and events for staff. Because the book does not have enough pages for that, it can only act as a plan book, and I have to stick large sticky notes to every week so I can write down weekly events there. Those interested only in planning will find that this book is very useful There were fewer pages in it than I would like.
An old school teacher can use this if they prefer hard copies of lesson plans rather than digital copies regardless of what the administration prefers.
