These scissors are great for cutting paper and construction paper. They will, however, shatter. I haven't tried thin material, but I'm guessing they'd cut it and it'd break on you.

These small scissors have a nice feel to them, and one of the blades has a cute little 4cm ruler on it. These should have three colors (as stated in the website description). "Three colors" is written on the box as well. " As you can see from the photos, I got 12 green and 24 red. (In my box, I don't have any purple scissors. ) I'm disappointed in my purchase because I purchased these for the specified variety. br>br>I would recommend the set if you don't mind the colors. If color accuracy is important to you, these haven't worked for me.
This has turned out to be one of the best investments I've ever made. We use these small classrooms on a regular basis. It ensures that I have enough for all of my students, as well as a convenient storage solution. Love it, love it, love it, love it, love it, love it, love.
My first and second graders like the scissors because they are comfortable. The scissors' tips are a little sharp, so I'm not sure they're safe for kindergarteners or very young first graders to use. My students have dropped them, but so far there have been no broken ones.

I bought these scissors for my students, but they all broke within the first week of use. The scissors couldn't be fixed because the middle piece had broken. Don't buy these in bulk if you can help it. It is not a worthwhile investment.
I only returned these because I didn't realize I had ordered pointed rather than blunt scissors, but they were otherwise excellent scissors.
