It is dependent on the folder in question. Each of the larger ones can hold at least ten pages (if not more). That's precisely what I've got in them at the moment). The smaller ones can also hold a good amount of stuff.

The pockets are thick and do not expand a great deal. Only a few sheets can be held in the pockets before they become too difficult to close. The string wraps were flimsy, and wrapping them without two hands was difficult. The labels aren't great, and if you're not careful, they'll all peel off at the same time. br>br>When I opened it, the edges were damaged, but the box was fine. br>br>I was hoping to like it. However, unless you plan on purchasing one for each section of your documents, this is not a viable option.
They're strong, clever, and practical, and they look great on a shelf. It's been a game changer to have everything in one adaptable and portable system (that also doesn't look cluttered with plastic expanding file folders)! These are *expensive* in comparison to traditional methods, but I've found that they're well worth the money in terms of durability, aesthetics, and space-saving. Efficacy and saving are two words that come to mind when thinking about saving. All of Savors' products are highly recommended, but be aware that once you start using them, they can become addictive and costly. I now have about four folios (Health and Medical, Financial/Tax, Career, and one for Dad), as well as two vaults for college and home, and another for my family tree and photos on the way. Make a list of the documents that are most important to you, and then figure out how many you'll need.
What an excellent suggestion! We've organized ours so that in the event of an emergency, we'll only need to grab ONE ITEM before leaving the house. If we need to leave the house quickly, we won't have to search several locations in the house for important documents. Furthermore, our children now know where to find EVERY KEY piece of information that they might require if something were to happen to us.
I wasn't expecting this product to be as useful as it turned out to be. I've been wanting to toss, combine, and organize our documents at home for years. It was absurd to have so much stuff only to discover that only 40% of it was required. Our hardcopy storage was significantly improved thanks to the custom Document Organizer. It's a must-have for anyone with a smidgeon of undiagnosed OCD (like me) who's always had clutter and reorganization of personal documents on their to-do list. Everything fits into the to-do list perfectly. Thank you for making such a wonderful product. br>br>.
I also value appearance/aesthetics, so I appreciate how neutral, sleek, contemporary, and overall appealing it is. As a result, it's very unobtrusive- It could be used as part of an arrangement on decorative shelves and no one would know. However, if you're going to leave it out in your house, I wouldn't put important documents in there like ss cards or passports, as these should be kept under lock and key.
I particularly like the various pocket sizes (the small ones are ideal for passports). br>br>I was able to organize all of my family's important documents, and they are now easily accessible. For the most secure storage, I recommend keeping it in a fireproof safe. This is something I strongly suggest!.
This product has only been in my possession for two and a half months and it has already broken. Everything is falling out now because it has opened at the bottom of the fold.
This is exactly what I was looking for and never quite knew how to put it together, so this is absolutely perfect and makes my life so much easier. The only reason for four stars out of five is that you do get a sticker sheet with titles for different areas, which I wish they would've given me because I am a little OCD and like everything to match, so the fact that I had to put stickers on one sheet on the front or on the folders that I have to write on the other.
