Questions & Answers

I'm looking for exhibit stickers with a matte finish (glossy finishes smear pen ink). Is the finish on these stickers glossy?

I've had no problems with these exhibit stickers over the years. If you're having trouble with ink smearing, you might want to try a different pen.

Is this acceptable in a court of law?

I used them after filing a petition in Iowa's Probate Court. There are no problems.

Is this a price for a single pack or a box? How many packets are in a box if it's for a box? thanks! ?

It comes in a pack of 252 labels.

These are a must-have for pro se litigants because they provide a psychological boost to your legal strategy
5/5

You'd be surprised at the level of impact these stickers have on an uninformed, unskilled party party versus not having them, where it adds the appearance of an attorney even at limited scope representation (office advice for in court procedure) and can be that extra grain of rice that can tip the scale.

These labels are a must-have if you want to win big cases
5/5

If you're tired of losing cases because neither you nor the judge or jury understand what documents you're referring to in court, these are a must-have. If you stick them on a document or other physical evidence, everyone will know who it belongs to - Obviously, it's the Plaintiff's case! Court clerks will adore you (if they wanted a job putting stickers on papers, they'd have gone into elementary school teaching), and opposing witnesses will cower, knowing they're dealing with someone who spent so much time preparing that they had time left over to pre-record their testimony. Exhibits should be marked. (Pro Tip: Although the labels are of good quality and do a good job on their own, I find that writing a number below the word "exhibit" helps me organize things a lot better - Particularly if different numbers are assigned to different documents. I believe that once you try this method, the true power of labels will shine through, and you will never go back. ) As an added bonus, I've discovered that when photocopying documents, the label looks great. I'm not sure if this was done on purpose, but if it was, Tabbies deserves a lot of credit. If I had to put new labels on each photocopied exhibit, I would have had to buy a lot more labels. Hopefully, the Tabbies' stockholders will not become greedy and make any changes. br>br>If the labels have a flaw, it's that I'm not sure they're up for complex litigation. I'm afraid that if there are multiple plaintiffs in a case, the haphazard application of these labels will result in complete chaos in the courtroom. God forbid that defense counsel gets a little too cute and starts calling itself a "Counterclaim-Defense-Defense-Defense-Defense-Defense-Defense-Defense-Defense-Defense-Def Plaintiff is the one who is suing. "br>br>In a nutshell, Tabbies, well done! I'd give you a cut of the profits from my next big verdict if ethical rules allowed it.

Exhibit Labels for Petitioner/Plaintiff When you have cases where you could be the Petitioner or Plaintiff, depending on terminology, and don't want to commit to labels for one or the other, use yellow exhibit labels
5/5

br>br>NOTE: if you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, this is the place to be If you are the Defendant or Respondent, DO NOT USE THIS FORM. Judges still expect you to know that Blue is for the Defendant and/or Respondent, and Yellow/Gold is for the Plaintiff/Petitioner, despite the fact that it is old fashioned.

It's been put to the test by a lawyer
5/5

Approved by a lawyer. In an ideal world, you'd use the plaintiff's exhibit or defendant's exhibit stickers, but in practice, you might find yourself representing neither. So, what are you going to do in that case? Of course, you'll receive some plain exhibit stickers. And these were perfect for the job.

Labels for exhibits that are reasonably priced
5/5

They can be any shade of blue you want. Labels for exhibits that are reasonably priced. They also say "Tabbies" on the side, which informs your clients (and the Court) that you brought your own exhibit labels rather than begging them from the Clerk or scribbling them on the corner of the paper hastily. br>br>Are You Sure You're Not Guilty? br>br>Are You Sure You're Not Guil It's not because of fancy legalese, but rather because of fancy labels. br>br>As a side note, they're very easy to take off. A three-year-old can clear a sheet in less than two minutes, according to my research.

The product that was delivered was incorrect
3/5

Hi. I ordered the Plaittiff Exhibit stickers shown in the photo, but instead received plain Exhibit stickers. br>For the time being, I'm going to keep them because I'll need them again in the future, and this will save me money on ordering them. br>However, I'd like to reorder plaintiffs Exhibit stickers, but I'm not willing to pay for something I didn't order again if it's not what I wanted.

Simple tabbies that can be used for defendants or plaintiffs; I'm a court reporter and have been using these for the past two years
5/5

And I'm going to keep buying them! They are self-adhesive and easily identifiable on a display. They aren't particularly gleaming, but they aren't dull either. Stickers with a reflective surface and a plain adhesive backing. DFT A- is how I spell it. PLF 1 for the plaintiff's side, and Z for the defendant's side. (Insert any number here). I like how interchangeable they are in that regard, and I sign and date it with my initials beneath the line. I don't have any issues at all.
