Between the plastic segments on my chair / stool there were cracks that made a noise when parts were pulling apart I would sometimes move and hear a loud shocking sound when the gaps were open. Nonetheless, duct tape has worked so far to solve the problem. The device should last a long time. Unless duct tape is a must, this book shouldn't get two stars.
