The SKB Injection Molded 4U Studio Flyer Rack Case has a virtually indestructible, waterproof injection molded shell that is lighter, stronger, and less expensive than the previous 4U Studio Flyer Rack Case.

This case, as a larger Studio Flyer option, has a 4U rack mount that measures 15 inches from front rail to rear rail and can safely accommodate deeper equipment like the Universal Audio Apollo audio interface.

I don't see any screws underneath the top piece, so how do you get it off?

The case's cover has locking hinges that make it easy to remove the top. You won't need any screws.

Is it possible to mount equipment from both the front and back?

Yes. On the front, I put a 2U drawer and a 1U power supply, and on the back, I put a 1U sliding shelf.

What is the approximate weight of this item? I see 53. 3 and 28. The product information is worth 3 pounds. ?

How much room is there beneath the top lid? I'd like to put an Atomos Sumo 19 on top of it. ?
