It hasn't changed, except for the effects now being of a higher quality. Now here is what I want to say If you're going to buy anything, get this pedal because it does all that it claims, especially after the firmware update that added 60+ In time, you will be able to add more streamlined effects to your board once you have more funds to do so. In addition to filters, compressors, slicers, pitchshifters, noise gates (including slow attack) and other features, I could go on for ever. There are stereo ins and outs, it runs off USB and it can run multiple effects simultaneously. This is a great deal for the price. A few downsides include that it uses 2 AA batteries instead of one, which drain in a couple of hours, so you may have to change the batteries out often or use it with DC or USB power. My only wish would be for the memory spots to be better. The presets can only be stored 50 times (user and factory) and there does not seem to be any way to access the individual effects without using a preset. As is, I don't use more than a handful of them, but it would be nice if more preset storage was available for them or if the effect sims could be used alone (at.

Based on other customers' descriptions, the effects themselves were just as we had expected They don't cost much for what you get. If you want to get the optimum sound from this pedal, you will need to dedicate some time to learning how to use it and adjusting it in your chain. Although I have concerns with this pedal, the reasons for giving it 2 stars are not about that. As soon as you step on it, a loud noise is produced You have to deal with a loud, pitchy sound most of the time. After doing my due diligence to make sure that I wasn't the only one experiencing the noise, I checked if others had experienced it, and I discovered there are plenty of other people experiencing this same issue with not only this Zoom pedal but similar Zoom pedal models as well. If you're thinking about purchasing this camera, I urge you to conduct a search for something related to "Zoom ms70cdr noise" and read other reviews echoing my complaint before making the decision. In addition, I had a second issue with this once I played it live. Because it is a MultiStop, you kinda assume you can switch between presets and custom sounds. It doesn't actually allow this. Despite the fact you can technically do it, it's a poorly designed method, and performing it live is not worth the trouble. To access your presets, you will need to press a black button, then a footswitch, and finally a black button again. You can't do it on stage if that's the case. In other words, if the two things don't matter to you, go ahead and buy it since it does what it says and is more than affordable. I have returned the pedal, and will go for the HOF2 which is almost the same price and requires no effort on my part.
