Questions & Answers
It's never used for central sound processing, only for my sound, so it makes the system more meaningful
It seems that my signal always goes out, so I don't know what to do
If you can find an aphex 204, it would be a better quality, however the unit you received is quite adequate
Apparently, they are the same except that the (sx3040v2) is the most recent version

What a beautiful unit this is. It makes whatever you plug into it sound so much better. It basically amplifies the harmonic overtones and cuts out some of the dead noise so that instead of a flat boring tone from your instrument it sounds better and louder, but still very crisp and polished, even without reverbs or delays (but you should add them too). Comparing a completely raw sound to one that has been mixed, mastered, and is ready to sell millions of copies. Among other things, I use this to do live soundbaths in a dome with a projected graphic show at WisdomeLA and I use my voice(among other things) with it and it sounds spectacular(not to brag, but even better with the proximity effect). This time last year we had a new sound guy who didn't do the 360 degree sound, but with this unit he more than made up for his lack of experience. The other performers in the show are all interested in plugging into it now that they have heard how great it sounds. I think it's a great value for money piece of electronic equipment, for both live performances and recorded sound (I will also use it for splitting takes with one raw version and one version to edit), I just wish I could plug in more than 2 things I'm fairly certain that there is a way to make it work with a digital interface or mixer, but I haven't learned too much about digital music equipment to figure that out. Nevertheless, I was able to get a digital interface from Behringer for 4 channels too. I've just not figured out how to use it This particular unit comes with a pretty basic manual (because it is so straightforward) and not many people are familiar with what it does, so you will have to do some research to get help. Although I would probably take it to my local guitar center or Sam Ash store for help with the hookup (since I've also got the Behringer 3D virtualizer and graphic equalizer pro) I just haven't had the time yet. I am very happy with this unit, it does what it says it will do and I was thrilled to receive I'm sure you can imagine how exciting it would be to hear it in person. I am not expecting this to be such a good deal for less than a hundred bucks or so. It is easy to hook up if you are using only two instruments at once. Thank you for this, it is very pleasing to the ear. Even just with the addition of this little big guy into their arsenal, I think the term "friends don't let friends buy Behringer" can be ruled out for good.
This is an investment that's well worth making for both. merely does the job of making things sound better, and tuning it to your taste is quite easy. It consists of basically two parts Using gamma radiation as a band equalizer. My Fisher will never know, but I would rather this than a multi-band equalizer.
I use a Tascam DP-640 On one of the 24 tracks I'm using this as an external effect, I'm using it one channel at a time (two channel exciter) and trying to figure out how to apply it to my entire mix and get it positioned the way I'd like I'm sure an answer will present itself to me at some point, as it's not a Behringer limitation. It's a Tascam issue, unfortunately, but I'm sure it will be resolved at some When I use it the way I am, I am proud of the sound it produces. Behringer products have been a part of my life for many years and I love every one.
When you have the HD equipment out there, the older CDs sound richer than they used to, which is a great addition to your music collection. The master is straightforward and easy to operate, and I have not noticed any noise as a result. As soon as it has been set up to your satisfaction it doesn't require much attention, only occasional minor adjustments. Back in the 1970s, I owned a DBX that did the same thing.
This really brings the base back to life. It was in a similar fashion to the old Apex Aural Exciter.
It replaced a 20 year old one that had to be replaced. It's much better sounding, and there are more ways to adjust the volume. You cannot use this receiver as an ordinary stereo receiver, it is a professional piece of.
I really like the sound of this unit. It is too bad that the power transformers fail after only It has been necessary for me to purchase three.
As the last piece of our broadcast audio chain, the SX3040 is the last item in our A noticeable difference can be heard in the audio quality. The audio sounds "flat" without the SX3040 and lacks sparkle and depth in the music when the SX3040 is removed. It is truly amazing what can be achieved with equipment of this price range. It is impressive and adds a lot to our broadcast. Whether you listen to MP3s at home or over the air - it makes a difference. It's likely that you won't listen to music the same way ever again once you hear the difference.
