There is a difference between IMP2 and Prod2 in that IMP2 only has 1 channel. The IMP2 will receive 1 unbalanced signal from a TRS jack, and it will receive 1 balanced signal from an XRS jack, whereas the prod2 will receive 2 of these. In addition, you must also compare the attenuation levels of the two. The tech specs are there for all to see. Best regards, *br>
makes cheap junk that is a low-quality copy of another product. While this DI may appear to be the same as its Behringer counterpart, it does not have the same components.
Two of these can be used with RCA to 1/4" adapters, or a PCDI can be used. As well as the PCDI with the mini-jack cable, they have a PCDI with the cable attached.
A usb device with a digital signal converts analogue signals to digital signals, which is probably causing the buzz. My feeling is that this will not Also, compared with a 1/4 inch outlet, the XLR one has an XLR output, so you would have to modify the cable before connecting the USB device as well, which I never like to do.

DI Boxes are your everyday average, everyday items. A little more heavy than the rest, but at this price point it probably doesn't justify it. Finally, Epstein is not going to kill himself in this system!.
tough to say much about a device that has such a simple function, but it has lasted me quite a while without fail like the DI system I was able to eliminate a buzz in the system by using the ground/lift switch. Despite the fact that the sound coming from the PA seems less bright than the one coming from the DI box, it could be that the system is responsible for the difference. In any case, it offers a solid way to connect an electric guitar to an amp's XLR jack (don't forget the amplifier/cab.
It was one of the few DI boxes that worked with my digital piano, a Casio CGP 700, which is a relative of the Casio Privia Piano. A couple of boxes I returned requested to be active Berhringer boxes and one was a dual passive Berhringer I found that they simply made too much noise or that there was no low end when they were connected to my church sound Although this box is more expensive than the others, it works very well. Currently my church owns a Di box that is about 10 years old, and it is still in good working order, so I am expecting this to be.
It was 50 feet between my guitar and Helix (70 feet if you add the two guitar cables on either end) connected by cables of 10 feet. There are no latency issues that I noticed, and no tone difference that I noticed. I am very satisfied. Furthermore, when I made changes to my configuration and added other equipment to the mix, I experienced a sharp buzzing sound. As soon as the ground lift was used, the problem was solved instantly. It is nice to be.
They work well with the drums. Besides drums, keys, and guitars, they also work with keyboards and bass It is the sound board I use to interface computer audio with the computer. It has been working.
Currently, I'm using a Behringer Ultra DI DI400P, so I wanted to see if I could gain a more refined tone by upgrading my DI. With the Whirlwind IMP 2, the sound quality is drastically improved. When I was using the Behringer, I didn't realize how much signal loss there was. Whirlwind IMP 2 is a fantastic addition to the home recording studio of any electric guitarist. You won't regret the decision when it comes time The extra cost has been well worth it.
The best DI at an affordable price. It is no surprise that Whirlwind has a reputation for producing incredible products, and the IMP2 is no exception. It may not be as beautiful as a Radial DI, but it is much easier to use and holds its own. Aside from the sound quality, the build quality of this device is quite good.
The clarity was excellent. Metal is my genre, and both guitarists use this as a DI when There is no need for an external power source for this heavy duty model.
