Radial JDI Stereo - Jensen Equipped 2-Channel Passive Instrument Direct Box

The sound quality is excellent, and the build quality is fantastic. As soon as I was able to use it, I was convinced it was the best passive DI box on the market at the time. By eliminating all (not just partially) the sounds from the terrible ground loop I have in my house, I am no longer bothered by them. Ground loops of this type do more than simply cause noise, they produce a high level of sound, such as beeping, clicks, and tones! The problem is really quite terrible, and there is no way to fix it. It's something in the electric grid of this entire city. If you want to use an analog synthesizer (for example), you have no balanced alternative. In such a case, a passive DI box is the only solution. It doesn't make any difference in this case whether some units have a "ground lift" feature or not. Therefore, thanks to the JDI, this ground loop is completely eliminated, while it has no overt effect on the audio Despite the similar frequency response and overall sound, they sound virtually the same. I've heard some great samples, but it's worth noting that the unit is best for signals coming from powered units. There is no distortion, high volume level, nothing is wrong. Sadly, even though the quality of the JDI is as good as it gets, the price is incredibly high for what you get. I think the $200 single channel version should not be in the $200 price range, and I think the $300 Stereo version (it's actually a "dual channel" I got the channel") version and it shouldn't have I find it to be It was the only choice I had as I could not afford to degrade the signal to the point where it would be noticeable. There is no way I can approve of this price, because it's absolutely not a FAIR price and that's why I would never recommend the JDI units to anyone unless I know they're in a similar situation as myself.

These are all built and engineered with a high degree of quality, just like all Radial products. All the products that I have in my studio from Radial work perfectly for the purpose for which they were created. With a stereo preamp and JDI stereo, I am able to record stereo synths through the preamp. A Jensen transformer running through colored preamps adds a lot of warmth to.
