Questions & Answers

Would someone be able to tell me what this exactly does? The idea of this is presumably to prevent devices from taking in too much power, but can someone clarify? Thanks a lot?

XLR balancers are used to balance recording inputs to XLR connectors, such as mixers. The chances are you probably do not need one if you do not know what it does. Your money is worth saving.

What is passive electricity? Does it mean that it does not require batteries or AC? My PA head has a battery and I am not using long runs, but just a keyboard to connect to it. ?

It is true that there is no battery inside. In this case, it's entirely passive. With a hotter signal, such as a keyboard or active preamp bass, passive can be more appropriate. In my own case, I use it with a passive bass and it is just fine. Passive is simpler, and there is one less thing that can go wrong.

I am not sure which is the best recommendation to use on a database. The following is a score of 0 for bass guitar. A 40dB volume?

To see which one works best, make sure you try both. A passive bass, on the other hand, rarely needs attenuating. It is rare for even active basses to do so. These features are most important for keyboards or other outputs that produce a lot of heat.

It has a transformer in it, doesn't Does it only cost so much because it's ?

No, I don't know, everything I know is this The system has worked for me, so it must be right for someone else.

DI box with little or no complication
5/5

Five of these have been in my possession for about five All of them go through around 50 concerts to a year, and I never had any problems with them. In addition to being a live sound engineer for a band, I also organize and provide sound for festivals. There is an attenuator built in to use on acoustic instruments to reduce the sensitivity of hot pickups. They work well and I like them because they are robust. The unit doesn't emit any noise at all and they are durable. In my opinion, it is well worth the money.

The best I could do
5/5

For a number of years, the church has been using these boxes to run the sound system. We ordered some more for the sound system in the new church plant. Using my amazon prime account, I got it in time for Sunday using free two day shipping. I found the price to be just as good, if not better than music stores.
