Mixer that is ish This is what I'm using to transport a Zoom L-series camera. 20 mixer/recorder board, with foam blocks inserted for a good fit. Soft shell is lightweight and portable, but it does not provide much protection. Nonetheless, it is a good deal.

This 2020 case was ideal for my Yamaha MG16XU mixer. The power cord is foldable and can be stored in a small pocket. The manual slid into the larger pocket by a whisker. It appears to be well constructed. The Yamaha site, like the SKB site, lists this case as compatible with its mixer; however, the Yamaha site lists the MG12XU 12 chan mixer as requiring a 1616 case, whereas SBK told me I'd need an 1818 case due to the mixer's depth. I have both 12 and 16 channel mixers, so make sure your dimensions are compatible before you buy.

Make sure there's enough room for chords in my mixer. To protect it, it has foam padding on the top and bottom.

This case is nice, but the bottom and sides could be a little tougher. I'm not sure I'd purchase this one again.
