It has a USB port and is supplied with a USB cable.
One way to use the USB mic with this mixer (and most mixers, due to interfacing) is to plug it into a PC, change the computer's settings to mic monitoring, and then route the audio out of the PC back into a mixer channel. Currently, no one makes a USB female input to XLR male output audio interface that will allow you to use the mic with the board; however, you may be able to connect the mixer to your PC via the on-board USB port. USB mixer interface on a board You should be able to map the USB microphone to an output bus in the mixer software using the Behringer software. You wouldn't have to run audio from the PC if you had microphone monitoring turned on. If you have any additional concerns, please contact us. Thanks to Dave at the DC Music Store for his help.

I wish I had known before I made the purchase. This board was purchased as a back-up for another board that I had purchased.
I went with the Xenyx 1204USB for a couple of reasons. The fact that it uses sliders rather than knobs for volume control is the most obvious reason. When recording a podcast, audio levels must be adjusted on the fly, and you don't have time to look at the board and fiddle with knobs. Sliders will always provide a more precise and smooth adjustment. This board is worth its weight in gold simply because of its functionality. br>br>Want to allow Skype calls while also recording them in the main mix? That is something that this board is capable of. With USB controls, you can choose which audio to send back to the computer and to the caller while routing sound from your main outs to another audio device, in my case a Zoom H5. Last but not least, when it comes to podcasting with good mics, this board is a beast. Built-in compression, kill buttons, and phantom power for four mic tracks give you complete control over the mix, and if you use good microphones, you'll have a mix that sounds like you're in the same room. If you want to record music or start podcasting, this is a great place to start.
This device is excellent value for money. It's not too big for my desk, but it's big enough that you won't feel restricted or crowded in your control of sound. This is what I use at my desk for Twitch streaming, gaming, and general control of multiple sound sources. Everything goes into this mixer at my desk, which I literally pipe everything into. br>br> I can run my discord/teamspeak on a separate system and connect my mic to it through the Aux channel. On the game computer, I only use the USB out to connect to OBS for recording and streaming. I actually send the game computer sound back into the mixer on one of the stereo channels so that I can mix it all together before sending it to OBS. That way, I won't have to fiddle with the OBS sliders to adjust the game, mic, discord, or music. I don't have to alt/tab over to OBS or go into game audio settings to make adjustments on the fly. br>br> Everything is laid out logically on the board and is fairly self-explanatory if you have sound equipment experience, but I believe that even someone with no experience could get up and running with just a quick read of the manual.
This will be more of a PC tech/streaming review, but this mixer is fantastic for anyone who requires channels! br>br>I purchased this for a two-PC stream (livestreaming to Twitch or a live broadcasting platform). It was able to connect my main gaming PC's audio. I connected it to my second PC, which handled all of the hardware encoding for Twitch. I had to route all of my audio. the mixer is in charge On-the-fly adjustments are simple to make. My main desktop audio source, an XLR microphone, Spotify, and other sources were all handled by the mixer. Very good at causing discord. br>br>Since the release of the RTX cards, I've been streaming from a single PC. Although I no longer require the mixer, I do continue to use it to power my Audio Technica headphones. My Shure SM57 XLR microphone is a Shure SM57. It is of excellent quality. It's fantastic. br>br>I'm new to audio mixing, so it'll probably be perfect for someone who can use it on a regular basis!.
I was able to complete the task with the assistance of this audio mixer board. Having all of my audio go through this broad, which is made up of (14) gaming consoles with a lot of know-how. Which platforms, such as Twitch, YouTube, and Facebook Gaming, should be used with OBS Streamlab? This unit makes it easier for me to do my job. While streaming and interacting on Discord. I've tried a few different audio mixing programs without a USB interface, but having one makes the job a lot easier. The buttons on the back are "VERY WELL" made. The wires and adapters for the jacks may make you nervous at first, but you won't be able to live without it after that. THE AUDIO ADJUSTMENTS ARE VALUE FOR MONEY! br>(PS had this unit for ten months and had no problems with it - (Pray for rain. )br>Update: This audio board has been with me for three years, and I've now added seven more gaming consoles to my collection. My review stands (this should have been my first choice). There are no issues with the craftsmanship, and it works as if it was purchased on the first day. A photo of today's setup has been added, with the mixer board in the center.
