NCH Audio Essentials Suite 2012 OLD VERSION (PC/Mac)

Golden Records is the first app I tried and it is a mess. My input level is not letting me set it, and the first album I input is recording at way too high a volume, causing distortion. As well as separating the song for you, it should also have the ability to select it independently. Well, the first three songs were treated as one song, but the fourth song is broken up into several different songs, making it useless, since every time it breaks up a song, it knocks out just a little bit of time from My e-mail address is I mailed their tech support (can't get them to answer the phone most of the time, and they refuse to return my calls) three weeks ago and it took them two weeks to email me back, asking for more information and describing my problems clearly. A second attempt to contact them by phone was made, but no one answered again, and they claimed they would return your call but did not. The person I spoke to today had no clue what I was talking about, and after explaining the second problem, I was put on music without In the 20 minutes I hung up, I has five times tried to call back and each time came up with It is still difficult for me to get the help I need, although I am ready to ask NCH for money back. In light of all the problems with the software and the lack of support, I cannot recommend this or any other NCH software. Find another company to buy from if you are unsure which one to choose.

It is a bit frustrating at first because there is no license serial number in the box, which makes it impossible to register the different applications. My license number was sent to me after a few emails. You can save a lot of money when you purchase this product and get access to all of these programs. Several days before I bought this video package, I purchased the Video Essentials package. I saved a great deal of money. My favorite aspect of NCH software is its ease of use.

This suite is an excellent sound burning, editing, and saving software, and I've been doing some wonderful audio work with it. Overall, I am pleasantly surprised at the price and highly recommend the product.

The registration/activation process does not allow you to skip any lines or enter jiberish. If you do so, the registration/activation process will be rejected. It is important to pay close attention to these boxes and make sure you uncheck them all so your browser and home page do not get reset, and you do not add any additional tool bars or garbage. In order to activate each element of Audio Essentials, you need to repeat the process multiple times. Over the years, many examples of this have been seen in software, but I have never seen anything that comes close.

My PC version was made available to me once I finished buying the product As far as I know, the license is also for PCs. Customer service was emailed several times and after a few weeks, I gave up hoping to receive a response. The license worked in the Mac demo version when I entered it out of curiosity. As I was entering my key, I quickly noticed that the program would not save it. In addition to relaunching Audio Essentials everytime, I must also clean out my computer You must enter my license here. In addition, their website is missing customer service information - which is quite irritating to me. At least not what you would expect. I found the closest thing to this in Right, you are right. In the FAQ, there are two questions. In my opinion, my software rating scale looks like this Please refer to our customer support page for further information. The following improvements can be made to sound output (when the software works) I would rate it a 10 (phenomenal improvement if I managed to figure it out).
