Questions & Answers

Could anyone tell me what the sound quality is like when these cables are connected ?

Monitors are generally connected to my PC using Pyle pro 1/4" cables which are cheap. In terms of sound quality, it is comparable.

What are my options for recording video from my video camera which is TRS from the board (XLR out)?

The connection type you need is a female XLR. Lastly, be sure that your TRS input is 1/4" (instrument size) and not 1/8" (headphone size). Thank you! The *br*- PACIFIC COAST ENTERPRISE

This cable connects the phone to the amplifier, is that right?

Between an amp and a microphone, this cable is usually found.

Do you think it will work with Sm58s?

In order to connect SM58 to a female XLR, you need a female XLR. If you want to use an XLR microphone cable, you should use it.

You should buy another brand
3/5

Right out of the box, I was extremely disappointed with these cables. It's so tight that they are tightly rolled in the package and then cinched all the way down What do we get? A mangled cable bent into a mess. The fact that bending your cables is bad is not something you need to be an audio production specialist to know. Like the band member that destroys every piece of equipment and never takes care of it, the quality control guy at this company is the same way. You can view the pictures I've added by clicking the button below. In addition to the cables being bent, the connections are also badly bent. Although the cord appears to be lying on the ground in the photo, it is actually on the floor. That's what's hanging from my hand. All bent up in a weird way. There is no point in taking the time to return or exchange them for me. Another brand is better!.

I can't believe how smoothly everything In light of the price, my expectations were very low
5/5

Although the mixer does not need to be tuned. There are no problems with the regular function, USB, or Bluetooth. There is no problem with the sound quality. There is sometimes a bit of distortion in the sound. It's possible the Hosa cables connecting the speakers are not as good as they should be. It may be that the speakers are not all that good. There may have been something wrong with what I did, or maybe just that I don't know what I am doing. It helps me to play accompaniment on the USB, sing along with my Shure SM58 microphone, record on my cellphone, and then play the recording back with the Blue Tooth function for singing practice. Overall, I feel the mixer is perfect for my needs. You'll be glad you did.

This patch cable is suitable for my needs (Hosa STX-Hydro The 110M 1/4'' to XLR male connector)
5/5

XLR connecting cable) into my audio mixing board. As expected, this cable performs exactly as expected. The cable wire is medium-gauge for a long run and should not cause interference with audio over time. No EM interference or RF interference interferes with audio. It is working, so the shielding is effective. I've included several photos so you can see the actual product. I would appreciate it if you could click the button if this review helped you. Thanks a lot!.

Failed in 3 months after kinked out of the box
3/5

The cables were packaged in a way that forced them into a kinked condition, which remained after the cables We never got rid of the kinks. In addition, the cable developed a periodic connection in which the cable would work only if it was jiggled in If you're looking for a reliable cable, perhaps you should pass on the STX line if it failed just before the start of a DJ gig. I have had great success with other Hosa cables so maybe give it a pass if you need it.

I couldn't easily return this item if it was defective
3/5

It's junk and didn't work right This is usually a better option than hasa. As a result, Amazon wouldn't allow me to return it without paying more, unless I drove to Kohl's across the street. As a result, I have to proceed with replacing the cable at a cost of $10. You may want to consider another brand, or you may stick to this one if you live near a Kohl's.

There is a possibility of a cable malfunction I had a problem with this cable
3/5

There was an incredible amount of noise, and it was unusable professionally. Due to the fact that I understand things like this do happen, I give two stars. During my time using Hosa, I found it to be a decent brand. I ate up the cost and called it a total loss since it was just too small an amount of money. I had a tough time doing the job I did Despite my best efforts, I failed to test the cable first and bring a functioning backup.

I am satisfied with this In my case, I was looking for a longer cable to replace the one that came with my monitors and this one does the job
4/5

Does this sound good for the mic Are you looking for input or something like that? That's probably not the case. A bit more on the cable would be a better investment for me. Apart from that, I thought this cable was true to size, the connectors were ok, there was no crackling, and it worked fine.

I've had no issues with it
5/5

The Hosa products I've used have been quite good to me. X32 audio boards use these jumpers to connect microphones so they can be used as jumpers. Other Hosa products are used for instruments and for mics.
