While Pig Hog's products are supposed to be tough and durable, it is a bit ironic. In an effort to inspect the quality I had noticed that their XLR cable (which I had had before) made a strange "whirring" noise when I plugged it into my mic. To my disappointment, I took out the cable and found that the end was still inside my $400 microphone and would not In my attempt to remove the cheaply made piece of the counter, I've used tweezers, needle nose pliers, and even called an expert local to try and remove it I tried to create a cable from my expensive equipment, but was unsuccessful. Pig Hog, thanks for your kind words. The $400 microphone you gave me is ruined because you made a garbage product. I don't need that for my career.
In what I'm doing now, I'm connecting them between the balanced preouts of a Marantz tuner to a Crest Audio Pro9200 to supply power to four speakers It's a great slid for music, movies, and Home Theater. I haven't had a single complaint with it. It would be a pleasure to recommend them!.
It is exceptional in quality. It's an awesome product and a great price. Lol this is a real review by someone who has actually used it. In my case, I needed a cable to connect my booth to my interface, so I needed to run one. There's nothing better than this and it works great. The advertising claims all of their merchandise is of tour quality and built to last. It is indeed built to last. I have zero complaints about the product, its price is fair, and it comes highly recommended.
I like the way the cable looks, it is thick and soft at the same time. I like the way it works and how it looks.
It is comparable to Mogambu Gold at 20% of the cost. This appears to be a very sturdy device. As soon as I start doing shows again, I will buy another of these to use in my studio.
This cable is sturdy and of high quality. The time has come for this to be made available to amateurs and professionals alike.
At my events, they remain flexible in cold temperatures, while still being straight for neat, tidy wiring. I have only one complaint it scratches off the connections ends when it is black. My complaint is very small.
