It can be used in any kind of weather, whether it's very warm or very cold. There has been an issue with the machine freezing in extreme cold or at below-freezing This is a tool that I have used If the weather is extremely cold, the snow juice will freeze and become slushy. There is a liquid in the snow juice. As the juice is poured into the machine's container, the machine turns it into more of a solid (not like real snow or ice), but more like that of "heavy" soap suds. It is not wet, but rather dry. It is a very good Ensure that you purchase the correct snow juice, both indoors and outdoors. I haven't seen any problems with my machine. Is real snow and looks like it!

As the timer was set you got one gallon of 'snow' to last all night, and it dissipated on the ground all night. Don't worry, you don't have to use a brand name snow bottle. The same solution can be made using rubbing alcohol, distilled water and bubble bath, which is far less expensive. The machines at our Christmas event were running at 100% without any problems for 30 straight days using our homemade solution.
In spite of being a bit more expensive than some of the cheaper models, we were nevertheless pleased with the results. I have a fog machine by the same brand and I like the way it works. There are the same remote controls on this machine as on the fog machine, so you can control it exactly how you want it. On the remote control, there is a super long cord (maybe about 10 feet). After a sampling of all 3 gallons, it appeared to be the same as the item we purchased from Mr Froggy's. There may be better ratios if I have more time to experiment, but after using all 3 gallons at our parade, it seemed identical.
To begin with. Snow would not come out of the box as it did with others. As a result, we discovered that the brass piece at the end of the hose where it goes into the reservoir was preventing the fluid from getting into the machine. Once we removed it, the machine started working properly.
The device would not turn on despite the fact that it was plugged in everywhere. It was urgently needed for an event and we didn't have a lot of time to work on it. We are devastated and do not recommend it.
The first time I had what looked like snow fluid draining A thin silicone adapter which connects to the pump is connected to the plastic pickup tube. I removed the cover to see what was going on. During the last compression, the silicone tube It is not known if the tube already had too much tension when it was manufactured or if it was pulled on by me. I own a Chauvet fog machine and I know not to pull on it too hard. It was simply a matter of cutting the silicone tube, grabbing some zip ties and fixing A manufacturer can fix this problem by simply zip tying the tube inside the frame where it starts to go vertical and then comes out of the top at the bottom. People would be less likely to pull on it too hard if this were the case.
The second thing that happened was that It seemed like the switch to control fan speed was malfunctioning, so I got out my multimeter and inspected it, and it was found to be defective. I won't send it back since I will likely never need low speed, so I'm going to convert it to a high speed blower permanently. No clear solution to the switch issue has been found. Troubleshooting a problem like that isn't something most people know how to do.
I use the SM 250 with our Light-Saving System I tried a lot of things and finally came up with a very good Christmas light display. To make the flakes go farther, I also blow them with a large fan. There are several input methods and they all work well. It is mainly activated via DMX, but it is also available for direct control via a wireless remote hand-held device. It is important to note that the instructions are terrible and fail to mention some of the most important details. I tried calling tech support, but they couldn't help much Experimenting was the only way to figure this out. There is no need to buy only what you think you need of the fluid since the SM250 uses large amounts. As a substitute for Chauvet fluid, I'm using a home-brew that works as well as or better than Chauvet in terms of cost and quality. My overall impression of this machine is positive.
That's a waste of time. Nothing happens with the pump. #fail for the lame machine.
