I'm sure if you could find a wireless controller that would fit the plug, you will be good to go. The controller that is included is wired, but it just plugs into the back.
Basically, soap and water are the two fluids that go into the machine. There is a foamy suds when the machine is working. I used mine outdoors and whatever spilled evaporated after a couple of hours. There isn't any way I can predict what it would look like As well, the fluid may contain certain chemicals that may damage Carpets or Hardwoods, depending on their composition. As far as I know, I can't say whether or not I helped in this matter, but my understanding was that it was similar to soap and water.
