Primary students are the ones I work with. I have 44 students in my class at any given time. 48 pre- Students in kindergarten through first grade. This is a lifesaver (or, more accurately, a voice saver). I can be heard clearly even when there is background music and/or the piano. My students like it because I can easily remove it and let them speak their answers or share impressive singing into it, and I can whisper and be heard.

Especially for people who suffer from Spasmodic Dysphonia. Spasmodic dysphonia is a vocal disability that I suffer from. It is EXHAUSTING to speak and have people understand me, so I purchased this. While this isn't the ideal solution, it's a good stopgap - Botox is nearly $600 with my copay, so that was out of the question (even though it works), and I needed something to help me. It's difficult to keep it from squealing, which is my only criticism. The microphone will squeal if the box is too close to it. br>br>I did buy the lapel microphone to make it less obtrusive, because having this problem is already embarrassing enough. and to be forced to use a headset? No, but considering the cost of this device - You are unbeatable. My roommate was taken aback by this news. He has hearing loss and was able to hear me for the first time in two years. That was worth it in and of itself.

All of them worked well for a while but then died out, or were simply too quiet. It's LOUD in the studio when I teach while other dance groups practice. I tried it out at home and it's been great so far! The real test will be in my classes, but I don't anticipate any problems. br>br>Update: My students can hear me very clearly even during other classes! This amplifier is perfect for me!.

I bought this microphone for a field trip and it made it so much easier to keep track of the kids and parents. It was also a blessing to have on the bus because we could play music and games and I could keep my voice out of soft level the entire time. I also like the belt because I don't have to fiddle with the clip or worry about dropping it. This product also has a long battery life. I used it every day for a month to get the kids used to hearing me speak through a microphone, and I didn't have to charge it until the day of the field trip just to make sure it didn't die.

HR always manages to come up with a solution. So, I work for a large corporation as an in-house videographer. As a result, most people believe I'm also the AV guy (I'm not; IT usually takes care of these issues). As a result of the global pandemic, all current construction and consolidation of our two buildings has been halted. Our brand new (and pretty awesome) training facility is looking great, but the sound system has yet to be installed. So when HR called to tell me that we needed to hold small group social distancing meetings to train employees on the new Covid policies and procedures, I was a little surprised. I needed a quick and inexpensive way to get the presenter heard in a large room with small groups of people. I needed something loud enough to project but small enough not to overpower the small numbers. Enter the Maono waistband microphone. br>br> This device literally saved my life! It was ideal for my requirements. It fulfilled every requirement I had. And there's one more advantage. It's also a radio station that broadcasts on FM! So, in my edit suite (dungeon), I can now listen to the radio. When I discovered this wonderful bonus, I was overjoyed. It can also be used to charge your phone as a battery bank. But I'm not sure I'd go for it. br>br>The battery life is one area where I believe it could be improved; while it lasted long enough for each session, I would have preferred to see a little more battery life per charge. br>br>Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase and would recommend this Maono to a friend.

In the last 15 years, I've had several body amplifiers that I've used primarily in classrooms and occasionally in church halls. This one is well-made and quick to use. It's a little heavier than some of the others I've tried, which can cause wardrobe issues, but it's not a deal breaker. With this tiny mic, I can easily be heard even in a room full of teenagers. The headset and/or lavaliere are the only drawbacks shared by all of them. They are clumsy and inconvenient to use. Because I have a small head, I simply use a 1/8th-inch mic. Any of these companies would be able to capture the market if they developed a slimmer microphone. ) If you're looking for something to use in the classroom or on a field trip, this is a good option.
