Our expectations were exceeded by these microphones when they were purchased to use in our church service. This device is very easy to set up and use and the sound is crisp and clear. This is a product I am very happy with and would recommend highly.
Then again. There is one microphone with a tag that is brand new. This is not the case. After a month, the one does not have a malfunctioning tag. Fortunately, I was able to replace my device. The items in that package, however, are repackaged. There seems to be returned items or items that have been refurbished. We are debating what we should.
A simple hookup process is involved. It is a great sound. Because of Covid, we did not have a Karaoke Night in our indoor venue. A team of workers moved it outside. It is still not safe to use a community microphone. Hence, we are now responsible for bringing our own equipment.
There are no interference problems with other electronic devices with this device.
Despite the poor sound quality, the music is incredibly enjoyable.
A sound was intermittent, even with new battery, and when I tried to return it I couldn't find a way to do it, it had very poor quality.
It is reliable and has good sound quality.
