This camera does not come with a stand, but I purchase one from Roland to go with it, and I recommend the KS-160 Ten o'clock. This keyboard stands out for its solid construction and good fit.
The speakers on this model aren't very good, but they do have built-ins. My recommendation would be to get headphones and / or an external speaker (s).

There may be a need for powered speakers external to the computer. Other than that, stellar work.
I purchased this to replace my Alesis QS8 keyboard and I wanted something that was more portable and had more knobs so I could control software synths and virtual instruments. There is about half as much weight in this keyboard as in other 88 key I can take it to and from events much more easily now. You should have good control over the keyboard. I have not had any issues with the speed. Some people claim that it is slow but I do not agree. * *****Pros *****- A weight of Roland made the body of the machine from plastic instead of metal or wood in order to make it light. Because of this, it feels cheap, but I think it's worth trading the cheaper feel for the premium. Additionally, there is a DC power supply attached to the keyboard. Many have voiced their dissatisfaction about this, but again I think the lighter weight makes up for it. If you are planning to attend a concert, make sure you remember your power supply. Having said that, there is no way to simply plug in a normal power cable to the keyboard. I would like to purchase a spare power supply that I can carry in my gig bag. "- " The following speakers are built in Despite their size, these speakers do a pretty good job. It is rare that I turn on my studio monitors, and I am more comfortable just listening to the built-in When playing with a band, you will need an external speaker to hear yourself clearly. The speakers are loud enough for most living rooms, but you will need an external speaker when playing with a band. "- " Here are a few hybrid features instrument is classified as a digital piano. It has thousands of sounds, so it is actually more like a keyboard. In addition, you can modify the sounds (attack, delay, release, etc. ) and layer the sounds easily, making as similar to a synth as possible. In addition to this, it has many knobs you can assign to different MIDI You can assign the knobs to another scene provided you're controlling Native Instrument VSTs, another scene if you're controlling IK Multimedia VSTs, etc. This kind of editing is typically found on midi function keys. "- " The sound is It is pretty impressive how nice the sounds are on the keyboard. It is nice how easy it is to layer two sounds together and how good the sounds sound. You can customize the character of the sound in real time by rotating the volume knobs for each layer.
- The audio interface is as follows The device has a midi out and a USB port. Audio and midi data can be sent through the USB out. A lot of people have commented on this feature and I'm pleased with it. If you'd like to use Native Instruments or other VST on your computer, you can connect a USB cable and play them. An ASIO audio interface can be used with the keyboard. Through the USB, midi is sent to the VST, which in turn sends the audio back to To use VSTs with your computer, you no longer need to have an external audio interface. keyboard's speakers and audio output output the VST sounds, while the knobs on the keyboard can be used to control the various parameters of the VST. As the keyboard is also an audio interface, all computer audio is output through the keyboard's speakers and main output. This means you can play along with your favorite YouTube videos and other content as you like. It is true there are only a few things about this keyboard I don't like. Although I didn't realize these things when I bought it, I would still have bought it had I known, although it does feel a bit cheated to me. "- " The following channels are available on Midi All 16 of the 16 MIDI channels cannot be sent and received on the keyboard. As two other keyboards that are over a decade old I could not believe this An old person transmits on all 16 if they are 15 or older. My Roland support emailed back to inform me that this model can only transmit and receive data on 2 channels All three midi channels are active at the same time. Due to this limitation, midi can only be used to make one song. If you wish to use VSTs or record the parts in audio format, you will need to format them for audio instead of midi. It seems that VSTs are becoming a more common way to record midi, but this is a major change for me "- " There are two types of drum kits This keyboard does not have any drum kits, so you will need to use some VST drum software such as Addictive Drums to create your own beats. Again, you can work around this, but it just seems odd because I had multiple drum kits on my two older keyboards. Before you start, there are some things you need to do A practice tool that lets you play along with drum patterns.
- The buttons/inputs are In the past, I used keyboards with a ten-key system You can enter sound numbers using the key pad. 129 is simply typed in if you want to listen to sound There is no key that corresponds to the number 10. In order to hear sound 120, press the increase button 9 times before going to sounds 120. While I believe Roland's design thought process is to have you save favorites in the Favorites section, it's still more convenient to have them available instantly. Also, I would like to see an input knob so I can get to a sound quickly. Additionally, it might be useful to name sounds this way. The following is written with uppercase letters and Entering sound names such as "Piano / Soft Pad 1" is a pain. It is a keyboard that I use on a daily basis and I really enjoy it. Keyboards with this feature are reasonably priced and have some nice features.
This light and compact hardware boasts Roland's great software integration that allows a great degree of flexibility!.
Roland's keyboards are very good when they work, but their customer service is terrible. There is just one thing I wish the support arm of the company would do well. Almost two months after I bought a Roland RD 88 keyboard, it went out of order. Despite my best efforts, the Roland repair shop has had it for over a month waiting for a part that will arrive An individual who spends this much on a keyboard would expect that the company will have enough parts on hand to resolve any issues. It would be nice if there was a feature below to rate customer service.
