In a nutshell I'm so angry with this purchase that I can't describe it. The product was intended as a Christmas present for my husband, so I was very happy that it was delivered on It appears that half the keys are not working when I open the box. My husband and I were both terribly disappointed, and I have been crying. It is certain that I will return. I hope I won't have to spend money on shipping to return this item. The only way to give zero stars is to return it.
I asked a question of the customer service and they responded right away. The DX-200 had a very good sound quality as well As indicated, the 10 model is equipped with dual 25 watt speakers, and the sound is quite powerful. In addition, the keys come in semi-rigid boxes It seems that the keys are weighted as said in the description, indicating that they are touch sensitive. As far as this purchase is concerned, I am very satisfied with it and will be checking out.

Upon receiving the keyboard, I discovered that it was damaged. I contacted Amazon and they confirmed that it was damaged and that they would send A customer service representative told me I either had to keep the defective keyboard or dispose of it when I asked about its return. It was of no surprise to me when I received an email over 3 months later informing me that this defective unit was being charged. There is no way I will be happy! My keyboard DOESN'T WORK and yet I am being charged for it! Then they tell me I'll be charged, and then they don't tell me and I will be charged. The return window is closed after it has been I can't believe they would do that! There was over $200 in this transaction! It seems absurd to pay so much money for a useless piece of crap in the back of a closet.
This is a good value overall, but the music stand is lacking. I rate the overall value as very good. I found the speakers to be of It is a semi-transparent key I find the weight to be light as advertised. With its carrying case and portability, it is well suited for traveling. One negative point is that there is no music stand available that can accommodate 185-mm sized records The book contains pages of beginner music. A backwards tilt causes it to fall. The stand had to be held together using blue tape despite being glued to the piano. I would give it a five star rating except for the music stand which makes it four.
