On the left side of the keyboard, under the keyboard, you'll find them. They have worked for me without any problems. Pianos like this are the best!

This was a disappointing experience for me

I was so excited to play it when I received it after a lot of research. Unfortunately, I find 5 to be very sad The keys underneath 7 of the high notes sounded as if they were stuck with paper. Although the keyboard was turned off, these keys made strange noises and had a certain friction that wasn't present on any of the others. I had to disassemble the entire system in order to get my refund, and then play Tetris to get it back together Ensure it is properly packed and ask my wife to return it on my behalf. I spent four hours at the UPS store trying to get it in. It required the assistance of a stranger. Ultimately, I spent five hours trying to rekey this thing over a few broken keys that would have made it unmanageable. My desire is to purchase it again, in hopes that it was a one time thing, but I'm too afraid to buy it again. I called Gear Nuts for three times but only got a response for one call, and you have to leave messages that are never returned. It would have been nice if they could have sent me just a replacement keyboard to save me the agony of shipping, but it proved difficult to make contact with them. From other reviews, it seems that the keys may be a continuing problem. Make sure you buy gear nuts at your own risk, and be aware that they are not quick to assist if things go wrong.

The keys are stuck down at the bottom

I was disappointed to receive a defective product - some keys are hard to press and they stick I was annoyed about moving it since the package is massive, and I can't find a FedEx/UPS store close enough to return it.
