As with acoustic pianos, the weight of the action of the GHS is heavier in the low keys and lighter in the high keys
A string resonance is a feature of String Resonance that simulates the sounds of other strings resonating, just like in an acoustic piano.

Are there any sounds other than piano in this piano, like harpsichord?

There is mainly piano sound in this track. The touch is very close to a real piano and the sound is wonderful.

If it needs to be transported, how easy would it be to dismantle?

Despite how easy it was to put together, I assume that it comes apart just as easily, though I have never had to take it apart myself.

The lid can be folded down when not in use, so that it protects the keyboard?

The answer to that is yes.
