In fact, the Yamaha P45B comes with the Yamaha PA150 power adaptor (a 120V, 60Hz adapter) that plugs into a "standard U.S. electrical outlet. Outlets are available at the mall.
I think this digital piano has a larger range of dynamics than my acoustic piano. I really like how it responds and how it has a large range of dynamics. The level of soft does not go as high as pianissimo, but is still very I primarily use my digital keyboard with headphones so that I can play without interfering with anything else in the house. Forte is more consistent with the acoustic piano. The piano I still have in my house is an acoustic, and I play it on most days when I'm alone.
Neither the keyboard nor the mouse have the option to record sound. This is an option I haven't come across yet, if there is one. There is a port on the back of the device. My problem is that I am still learning the product and haven't had a chance to play it

Oct. 2018 was the date we bought this piano. Since the end of December, two keys failed to work. While it is covered by a warrantee for a year, Amazon does not provide support. It is also not possible to return or repair it if you bought it from a Yamaha dealer. Then I called five of those dealers and they gave me an address of a "Keyboard repair shop" 50 miles away to send it to! Yamaha is very bad at customer service and Amazon is a nightmare. I recommend that you do not use.
I play on a grand piano during lessons, and I play this keyboard compared to the real thing a lot. Here are some good points It's easy to use thanks to the weighted action keys. With the octave below middle C, the notes are very loud, so much so that they drown out anything you play with the right hand. The dynamic range is also a problem. In spite of the touch sensitivity of the keys, the volume difference between them and lightly touching them is probably only half of what it is on an actual piano. This makes it difficult to improve your technique, and pretty much anything you play is not going to sound well balanced or interesting. Despite adjusting the settings on the keyboard, I was unable to resolve this problem. The price you pay for something better is well worth the investment. I also recommend you visit the blog AZ Piano News for an unbiased and thorough review of digital pianos.
I bought this piano last year and have been using it since the beginning of 2017. The majority of the time, I play it for at least an hour, sometimes even In summary, here is what I would like to emphasize The pros are This is *br1. My favorite part of the sound programs is the music. There are two grand piano programs, two electric piano programs, two pipe organ and two harpsichord programs on this computer. It is stunning to hear the first pipe organ and to hear the first harpsichord program. Using headphones or an audio system, as well as a pair of headphones, you can hear how good they are. Message second paragraph. This is a very portable device. With this piano, you can order a number of stands. It is a lightweight piano. It would have been great if there was 3*1. *2. *3. Virtuosic music can be played on the keyboard without any problems. The cons are This is *br1. weighted, but they are not as weighted as a real piano's. The dynamic range seems to be less than that of a real piano. There are noises coming from the keyboard. There is noise when they play. If you turn off the sound and play, you can hear them. It's not uncommon to hear some keys more often There may be a reason for the noise on the keys that are used most frequently. In my experience, the problem does not seem to exist when you wear headphones (I have wireless ones) or turn the volume up. 1.
2. There is nothing so exciting about the speakers. With the piano's speakers, the sound is mediocre to bad. The piano has two very nice piano sound programs. They sound great through the headphones, but mediocre and bad through The fourth item Light is, of course, the key to the piano. The light is very strong. Please don't take it too seriously and don't place anything on the piano like a cup of coffee or a metronome. I do not like the location of the headphone plug at all. The third item. The piano has only been used one hour per day for a few days, so I am not sure how long it will last. Even with only two hours of use per day, the keyboard does not seem tough enough to last for 10 years, especially since the keys are getting noisy. My overall needs were simple. I live in an apartment, I have neighbors, I play classical and baroque music and I needed a keyboard. I have the ability to play Bach, Beethoven, etc. on a real piano, though it can take a little getting used to, and I have practiced organ as well as harpsichord technique (holding notes for the right values and precision releases). I suspect there are better pianos out there, but all of them are more expensive. This one is doing the job at the moment. We didn't spend too much money with $500.
I was very impressed with this piano. It seems that the E and F keys do not work anymore. There is this weird rule that if you strike an E, you can't then strike an F. It is not possible to strike the E after the F if you hit the F. You will hear silence if you play them one after another. I find it strange that they do that for the entire keyboard range. In a very annoying situation, we just signed our daughter up for lessons and are now out of return time and have to take this lemon to the shop for repair. The whole thing is super annoying. I don't think Yamaha is very helpful. Astonished at how irritated she is. **UPDATE** Our piano is currently being held hostage by a local repair shop during the middle of lessons and recital season. We only had the option of taking the piano to the local piano repair shop. In our case, the piano cost us the cost of the piano, the cost of transportation to the repairshop, and we do not have the replacement piano available for use. The local music store has been disparaging about Yamaha products and customers, and their date for returning the piano has been delayed. The customer service I received from Yamaha has soured me against its treatment of consumers. I will call them again today to request a replacement or refund. It would have been very easy for them to resolve this. Unlike in the past, Amazon's return policy is amazing. We could have dealt with this sooner. Then we will be here instead. It's hard for me to empathize with someone who has to undertake what we did to get our piano repaired and replaced. In response to After I gave Yamaha the above update, I called them that afternoon. Once again, I was met with rude remarks and a sour attitude. informed me 1) I should never proceed with a purchase from Amazon because they would have handled this differently if I had bought directly from them (Amazon is sure to be happy to know this) and 2) it's pretty common for consumer products to need repair before being replaced. I'm fine with that. It was a car example he used, not a building one The mechanic is the only person you can go if your vehicle needs some repairs. In my opinion, car companies typically offer a loaner when they make a mistake. There's a reason this is referred to as a courtesy car. A voicemail was got, a message was left, and as you can probably tell from where this is going, I didn't hear back from them. In the end, I gave up on the project. Yamaha's constant huffing and puffing did not make my sanity worthwhile, so I didn't dare argue any longer. In the week following the breakdown of our piano, it was returned to us. The cost of renting a car twice (we live in a major city and walk everywhere), plus the cost of our child's piano lessons (she made do for a few months with a janky old keyboard with missing keys - We have no problems with our piano anymore. It is hard for me to comprehend this. I just do not understand it. If I ever have to cope with it again, I am not sure how I will react. In 2016, I don't need companies to cater to my every whim, but we live in a world where the bottom line speaks for itself. In the same way, poor reviews hurt. Neither I nor anyone I know will buy this product. Yamaha products are unlikely to find their way into my recommendation list ever again. That pretty girl/handsome guy with such a nice personality that you quickly realize they aren't as attractive as they seemed when they first met. The man or woman who treats you right will end up becoming your best friend. Customer service should be provided in a righteous manner.
