Selected User Reviews For Roland FP-30 88-key Portable Digital Keyboard with Power Amplifier and Stereo Speakers

The sound and action of the piano are excellent
5/5

Exactly what I had been looking for. The electronic piano I'm looking for should have a quality acoustic piano sound, and feel and action that is similar to that of an acoustic piano. I don't mind the outer casing being If it doesn't have all the bells and whistles of more expensive digital pianos, it will do just fine for me. Even so, this piano offers more than I need or want. This controller gave me what I wanted quality sound and a good feel. I had been using an old Roland FP piano for more than 15 years before purchasing this new one. Thank you for your purchase. I'm very satisfied with my.

I am very pleased with the digital piano I purchased
5/5

It is a fantastic piano at a very reasonable price. There were two Yamaha P-series models for me to choose from A comparison of the 125 and the FP-17 When the FP-TRT team tried out the FP-TRT in person, they found out that the FP-TRT The 30th felt much better than the 20th. I like the ivory feel of the keyboard, the speakers sound good, and the key action is very responsive. I am very happy with my The sound seems to be loved by my cats as well.

There is still work to be done
3/5

This piano is said to have a more real action than others in the same price range, according to reviews online. The statement is untrue. Actions on pianos are highly subjective, but if you are a highly motivated beginner looking for a piano that will help you develop your skills and strength in the way they would on an acoustic piano, this piano is not right There is a common description in the literature of this piano as having a "heavy" weighting A greater effect of this is a slowed return of the keys after they have been Producing notes rapidly is more difficult due to the extra force needed to compensate. What may seem like extra weight is actually extra force required to accomplish the task. In a higher key, it is a major issue. There is almost no gradation in the key bed as you increase the key pressure because high notes require a great deal of force to ring out. A piano that has a vibration sound is completely different than an acoustic piano and it is not what you should become used In addition to the onboard piano sound, the instrument also has some cons that warrant mention. However, with headphones, it is possible to overlook this flaw. If the volume is set around its middle point, distorted tones can easily be heard from a speaker even when Spirited playing is taking place. The best way to determine whether a piano is the right fit for you is to try it physically. Depending on your budget, my recommendation would be to order some of the less expensive Clavinova models (CLP 635 and above) offered by Yamaha if you intend to learn or practice seriously. The higher ed scene is booming with great opportunities The Clavinova has a really nice balance of features and key action for its price. They are significantly more expensive than the Roland, however if you are an advanced player or serious beginner, you want to try and find a piano with the best key action and feel that you can afford.

I have never felt or heard anything like this! It was impossible for me to step away from the Roland FP 30 when I opened it today
5/5

The Roland FP-125 and Yamaha P125 had been on the review shelf for a while, but I had to decide between them I have not been disappointed by the Roland! The fp30 excels at both touch and sound, so if those are your primary concerns under 1000 dollars, then go for it! How good the keys feel under my fingers is almost impossible to describe, it is almost impossible not to play with passion and expression. As a bonus, the ivory keys all look like imitation ivory. This game has an action and feel that makes you feel like you're playing a 1500-word movie The 2000 instrument has arrived! I also really like the sound, especially when I listen to it It was the bass that put the biggest smile on my face, but the first few chords did too. The volume is more than sufficient for the average room in your house, because the speakers are a lot louder The number may not be enough in a packed performance venue, but I doubt it! The Roland app also provides easy control of the Fp30 via Bluetooth midi and the Roland app has Bluetooth MIDI. Although there are a few possible disadvantages, there are also some advantages. As a portable digital piano, it is not among the most portable on the market, as it is a bit heavier than I anticipated. Although the bag is heavier than I consider my comfort zone for prolonged carrying in the case I purchased, it fits well and is easy to carry with the bag. There won't be any walking down the street with it anytime soon, just to and from Furthermore, its own weight keeps it stable once it is placed on a stand or in the car, so once again, this is a positive factor. The weight of the device isn't an issue for me, since I won't need to move it too often. The device would probably be considered semi-portable, and I would probably keep it on its stand the vast majority There needs to be a new sustain pedal, as the present one is flimsy. Even though it flops around while you are using it, at least you get one to start with. This little music stand wobbles a lot and has been found too short for many books of music, but it's fine for my phone and iPad, it has even been attached with anti-slip accessories. The bent plastic piece of sheet music would likely fold over this little piece of music. It doesn't have a line out for an amp, so you'll have to plug it into the It's not a big deal to gigging musicians, but it's not who I am, so I don't care about it. A great action/feel and amazing sounds are what I was looking for, and the FP 30 delivers easily. The Roland Fp-1000 is one of the best semi-portable keyboards you can get for less than 1000. If you are looking for great sound and great feel one thing is certain you cannot go wrong with this keyboard.
