There is nothing good about this piano. Trying to get it to work was not easy. It wasn't just the second B that sounded like a horn, but the first D as well. Video of the problem was sent to Casio, and they confirmed that something was My keyboard section ended up being sent to Casio in New Jersey after several attempts to solve the problem. The company said it would be replaced. Despite their best efforts, it wasn't replaced. did not send it back to me for a month and then sent it back to me with the exact same issues. Do yourself a favor and purchase a piano from someone other than Get a Yamaha instead of an old piano. They can't even tell you what a piano should sound like. It will be worth it in the end. The robot is a bad one. My experience with this company is very disappointing. If this were not so big and heavy and if I didn't have to put it together for an hour, I would return it. There is something wrong with the second G on this piano, which makes me unsuitable to recommend it. There is a flat sound to it. This puts a real bug in things since the second G is the one I use the most with my left hand. Casio told me to change the sound level after I contacted them. There is no reason it shouldn't have tried that first. I don't care about changing the tone of the whole piano. I want it to sound right on that key. In fact, I gave it two stars instead of one, because I actually think it's a very good piano other than that key. If it had been fixed I would have given it 5 stars. However, I do not see how that could be possible. Despite the fact that I still possess my Yamaha piano, which was a high-end model.
