Questions & Answers

Would you rather have solid wood or laminate flooring? Can you please thank me?

A solid top or laminate (such as Formica) is neither possible. I like the way it sounds quite a bit.

On the guitar, there is a label that says c40, but I ordered c40ii. Does it still appear to be a Can you please tell me how I can differentiate ?

On the label of the C40II that I ordered, both C40 and C40II are listed. Yahama advised me that there is no guarantee that the sides and back of a piece of mahogany are mahogany because I am not familiar with my wood to tell. The people looked up the manufacture date from the serial number and found that this is indeed a 2019 C40II because it was manufactured in 2019. They couldn't understand why the label just said "C40." There is a possibility that this is not

The guitar appears to be left-handed, is that right?

I do not think so. It is a The guitar could probably be restrung upside down and used as a left-handed guitar, however. The symmetry is quite good.

What do you think of the performance in comparison to the Cordoba Dolce or Yomha CGS103 3/4 size?

know, I've never played them. However, the sound is excellent.

I think it is great for the price
5/5

I completely agree. It's true that the hype exists. The Cordoba C5CE I bought years ago is still one of my favorite guitars. Unfortunately, I sold it for a number of reasons. As a result, I found this Yamaha which is quite popular. Throughout my career, Yamaha musical instruments have always held a special place in my heart. My father bought the PSR 280 keyboard 20 years ago when I was a kid and it lasted until now. Although I wanted something great, I did not want to spend a lot of money on it. There seemed to be nothing better than this. Well, I got it in the mail, and it's as hype as ever. For a product at this price point, it is built cleanly and with precision. The price of a Eukelele is crazy cheap when compared to $140 for any instrument other than one. I would normally expect complete garbage if I were to spend this much money. In any case, I believe what we have heard is an excellent example of In this guitar there is no meaning to its features A rock solid, decent sounding instrument. They did not use top of the line woods, electronics, gimmicks, or inlays. They tried their best to work on making a rock solid I would like to point out that in comparison to my old Cordoba, the new one lacks a sense of "wow" when it comes to its It has a good compromise between the "goodness, this thing is balance and very pleasing to the eye" factor, combined with the "I just spent $140 In other words, if you are looking for a nylon string that you can use for various projects, gigs, and professional purposes, and you are on a budget, this is the one you need. For when you just want to play for fun at work, this is perfect. Likewise, if you want something you can play for fun in the living room or with your coworkers, this is perfect. I am a professional musician, so let me tell you this a nylon string guitar is a great instrument for beginning players because it is easy to play, just like an electric guitar, and it has a fat neck, so you can learn to spread your fingers correctly. In the same way, whether you are a professional or just a beginner, this guitar will make a comfortable addition to your guitar collection because it is lightweight, easy to play, fun to noodle around on, and it just feels and sounds amazing. In my position as a keys player, I don't make sure my fingers are as callused as they could be, so they aren't always at their optimal state. Therefore, this nylon is perfect to doodle on, to write with, and to keep in your bag. I also know it can be used for recording and live performances when the need arises for an instrument like that. I am very pleased with this purchase, and Yamaha impresses me once again. The team did a great job.

Great value for the money
5/5

The guitar you won't find at this price point is the nicest you'll find. Depending on how worn the strings are, you may need to replace them (the included wound strings are very prone to wear), but that's a cheap and simple If you have never restrung a nylon instrument before, there is an included guide that explains how to replace the strings. This is the perfect choice for people like me who are looking to play ball on a budget. It sound great, does not have a buzz (that other guy must have had a defective one), has great action, and is lightweight but sturdy to handle any rough conditions. I have used that didn't make me feel like I had to compromise. You may have quality control concerns (always a risk when buying instruments online), but Amazon has a good return policy so if the worst happens you can find a substitute. Note a few of the following I'm sure you know this! full-sized guitar, so it would probably be too big for kids under 12 years old. Try the Yamaha GL1 if you're looking for a system for really young kids. My experience with one is the same. I have not owned one, but I have played one. I'm sure you know this! There is a fret marker only on the 7th fret on this thing. The Pack of 10 can be found here for under ten dollars, so if you're new to guitar, you might like to get that instead. I'm sure you know this! Make sure you don't tie it up with steel strings. There is a lot of this with used classical guitars at guitar stores, and it damages the neck over time, since the neck is designed for nylon, and nylon actually sounds great for classical guitars. I'm sure you know this! The pick should be skipped. If you don't fret-pick, you're wasting your time and you're missing out on one of the most rewarding elements of classical guitar. The rest is up to you. Don't be afraid of taking the plunge if you are on the fence. I am sure you will.

The Yamaha Classical series offer a perfect place to begin
5/5

Yamaha has been integrating classical acoustics into their products for In order to play my parents' Yamaha from the 70s comfortably when I visit them, I bought this so I may practice at home. There is a lot of depth to the sound, the included strings are a little light but I replaced them for a better effect. A beginner like myself may find it difficult to use bar chords with a high bridge. Mine needs to be lowered some and re-filed to make them easier to use. This is designed for free end strings with a twist knot, but can be used with nylon nut strings. When I want to play guitar just by myself, provided my 1-year-old allows me, this is my go-to guitar. However, this guitar is also appealing to me because my kid can rough up the guitar and I don't have to worry about it. Once he is older and has the desire to play the Yamaha, he will probably be able to learn to play it.

There are adjustments to be made
4/5

My first guitar lesson was a couple of months ago, but I have also been I found this guitar to be of decent quality, with a good sound, and an unbelievably low price. This website, however, is not set up very well. String action is incredibly high - the distance between the frets and the strings is too great. A person who knows how to set up and adjust such things is required. There are also no problems with the neck itself however, the spacing of the strings is too tight. The string spacing was increased from 7 to 8 when the nut was replaced, lowered, and the nut was lowered. By reaming it from 5 mm to 9 mm, and then reaming it again The bridge had to be repaired. Would you mind telling me if this is The only time you should buy this guitar is if you want an easy to play instrument.

The classical guitar has a beautiful look and a great sound
5/5

I prefer the sound and feel of nylon strings, especially considering I'm just starting out with the guitar and mainly plan to use it to in accompaniment to my The sound of this guitar is spectacular no matter if you are strumming or plucking. In my research into which one to get, this Yamaha classical guitar ranked as the best value for money, high quality classical guitar for the money, based on multiple online reviews and recommendations. In theory, this guitar would sound as full as something twice its price if you do not anticipate spending more than $500 on it.
