The floor tom was in good shape, but the 10 inch tom had a faulty lug receptacle on the drum's side. The lug would not screw down when you tried to tighten the skin a little because the treads in the female part were stripped; It simply snapped back out at a certain depth, and you couldn't tighten it down any further. I was disappointed that no replacements were available, because I would have liked to try another set. I recently received a return offer. refund. So it's back to square one.
However, I have two issues: first, the package was sent without one of the pieces that was shown in the picture. I can live without it now if it wasn't supposed to be sent. Second, the included tom mount is extremely ineffective. It's for the 10" tom and has a ball joint that can be tightened with a wing screw, but it won't stay in place. I took care of it, and the cost was reasonable. So three out of five stars. Last but not least, they stated that it would arrive on the 30th. Then it was moved to the 18th of the following month, but it arrived on the 6th of the following month. What could you do when it was late? Three stars, as I previously stated.
kit with a bop" Allow me to state unequivocally that these are well worth the investment. Great hardware, excellent appearance, and excellent sound. The person who attached the heads knew exactly what they were doing. They sound great right out of the box with stock heads. Turned up to eleven! I'm very happy with the outcome. I think I'll have to take a look at Sawtooth's complete kits right now.
It's labeled as an 8" tom, but it's actually a 10" tom. I just bought a new 10" head to replace it. Partner, on the other hand, is a big fan of these. Having fun, on the other hand, takes a little getting used to in order to sound pleasant at first.

They're well-made and sound exactly as you'd expect, if not better. It was a pleasant surprise for me.
