Though I haven't weighed it, I estimate it to be around 10 lbs. The gong is not 30" in diameter it's 26". transport the mat and frame twice a week between the yoga studio where I teach kundalini yoga and home.

I prefer these to the large ones - they're cheaper and there's a lot more sounds! This is what I was hoping and looking The only thing I would have liked was a mallet included.
