This was the perfect item for a class I teach to young children. I could put them to good use in a class I teach. The children love how bright and colorful they are, and they fit perfectly in their hands. There was a bit of variety in the sounds in each egg, most of them were not as loud as I would have liked them to be. So far, they have only been used once, and I am hopeful that they will last. Since the kids are under the age of 8, they will be used only with supervision.

It was purchased by my wife and I for our 25-month-old son and 10-month-old daughter. We participated in a local music class and the egg-shaped maracas that they have were very popular with our children. Having searched Amazon, our team decided to purchase this product because of the nice looking item and because of the low cost.

The product turned out to have arrived much Inside the cloth bag was everything that I needed. Once I opened the package, I saw everything in good condition. In checking the product closely, I tried to determine if there was any issue that could lead to it breaking open and causing choking hazards for our young children. It is not apparent that any of the seams will come apart during play, so the eggs appear to be quite durable. As I shaked each egg, I noticed that the sound was softer than I had The children do not seem to be bothered by this, and my wife and I can live with the fact that there is one fewer I have not seen any cracks on the eggs after a month of children shaking and throwing them around. There have been reviews in which eggs have broken open. I check the seams occasionally to make sure they are not coming apart. A couple reviews have given a poor rating because of this. The reason they broke is likely that they were dropped The flooring we have is carpeted, which is perhaps the reason why it has held up.

This is what I got my 20 month old as a gift for Easter, and aside from being adorable, they twist off and open pretty easily! One of the eggs was twisted apart and my son was chewing on the needs inside! Two other eggs were easily cracked open, and my son had beads all over his hands! Had to throw away because it was damaged.

For my little guy, I had been searching high and low for inexpensive wooden egg rattles. They say they were only $8 and have non-toxic paint. Thus I am happy to have a score of 99. I won't lie. The painting isn't the finest masterpiece you've ever seen, but for $8, it's a steal. As long as I don't complain, it's 99. The likelihood is that my little guy will chew most of the paint off in the end.

I love the colors and vibrancy of these musical eggs. I have a six-month-old grandson who loves the colors and is still working on grabbing them with his little hands, and a three-year-old granddaughter who has had them from when she was an infant and still loves shaking them as well as listening to the music.

These eggs have been with us for a couple of months now. I have been impressed with how well they have held up I just realized how much my baby loves them now that he is almost 9 months old. The toys are now one of his favorites. He loves the sound they make and how well they fit his hand. In addition to being beautifully painted, they are also very well constructed.
